Excellent Service 10/2/2011

I just love April! And I'm glad that you saw her potential and gave her a promotion. While I'm in her chair I have her undivided attention; she listens to my hair problems and offers sound advise. I have many seasons of hair nightmares and successes and April is one of my latest successes. You shop is delightful. I love the tea and kind attention. In today's environment of poor customer service and sometimes none, you have accomplished much in teaching these young ladies about good customer service. Keep up the great work! more

Wonderful experience again 10/1/2011

Each time I recieve services at Casa Verde I am made to feel like am my stylists only or most important client of the day. The appointment never feels rushed even if we add on an additional service that was not previously scheduled. more

I hope this was a one-off from usually wonderful experience 10/1/2011

After several years of being pretty pleased with every service, tonight my colorist didn't mix her own color, the girl who did left early, and now I look like I have 1.5" blonde roots with the rest of my hair way too dark brown. I asked for most of my hair to match the brown my last color weathered out to and then lowlights, thinking that would give me dark roots and a natural brown elsewhere. Not happy with Casa Verde tonight. They'll do over in the morning, but that's two trips and the angst in between. Update: fixed, but did not reschedule for future as I usually do, sometime 3 appts out. Not convinced I'll go back yet. more

I recieved a hair cut, eye brow wax and a deep conditioning by April Smith. My experience was awsome and I will see you all in 6 weeks thank you so much more

Fantastic! I just moved to Albuquerque and my skin looked awful. My aesthetican gave me several tips and recommended some things I could do at home with the products I already had. Of course she recommended Aveda products, but I have several items from their skincare line anyway. In addition to the facial, she gave me a foot bath, hand/arm massage, and scalp massage. Relaxing and my skin looked much more beautiful. I've been doing what she suggested and my face has cleared significantly. more

Nice Saturday Afternoon 9/19/2011

Showed up for my appointment, was greeted instantly and offered a glass of water. The front of house staff were friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my scalp massage and cut from a stylist who had mastery of her techniques. Great way to spend an afternoon. more

eyelash dying 9/16/2011

I took my mother in to get her eyelashes dyed as I had done a couple months before. The entire experience was bad for her. the tech made her feel bad that she had mascara on. used the wrong color on her. I have never had a bad experience and was so excited to treat my mom. I am dissapointed that my mom was so uncomfortable by the way she was treated. more
