Best Place in Town for a Date Night! 8/16/2011

I'm always telling friends this and I realized I could just post a review and share my opinion more widely! Casa Mia's tapas is actual Spanish inspired tapas (the way tapas SHOULD be) AND they have these deals where you can get 5 or 7 tapa and a half bottle or full bottle of wine starting at about $40 (and going up to $55-ish? If you get the full bottle, etc.). 5 tapa are plenty for two people, they bring things out as they are ready so you can sort of take your time and chat and share the things you order and it makes for a flawless date night. I wish that they were still open for lunch, but that's my only complaint. I also descended on them with 20 plus people for my birthday last year and (while I'm sure they were thrilled to be juggling such a big group) they were really very accommodating and helpful and patient with the circus I dragged in! more

Casa Mia Tapas - Great drinks and tapas 2/11/2010

The drinks were awesome, and they have excellent specials on different days. During happy hour, the drink specials are great, like $4 mojitos and $3 imports, AND FREE TAPAS! The eclectic atmosphere adorned with twinkle lights makes you feel like you're in Spain. It's a great nightlife feel. The empanadas are authentic, delicious, and not greasy at all. The mojito was the best drink of its kind I have ever had (and it's available in a large size). Check out Casa Mia on facebook for their daily deals (which are great!)
