This company management and staff are questionable. Possible fraudulant activity going on. Many people are owed money, rents received not paid out, tenants deposits not refunded etc. Not the right way to do business. Stay away more

We have been customers for over 5 years with this company. All in all they have managed our properties in an efficient and professional manner. While there has been a hiccup here and there, as with any business relationship over the years, we are really satisfied with the way they have performed for us. Our properties are clean. We get our reports and there has been steady tenants in place for years. Their billings have been reasonable and documented. We never consider looney comments on these things and Google and City Search should never allow anonymous, vicious and vile personal attacks of any individual in any business, rather than a reasonable negative comment in regards to the services provided by a business. One of the worst management companies I have ever worked with. Great to work with to get you into the rental but be careful when you are ready to get out. The house we rented was in much better shape when we gave it back then when we received it but this management company took most of the deposit for bogus services. I would never do business with them again and I would recommend that when renting go anywhere else then with Casa Grande Property Management. Cons: Crooks more
