These are the nicest people you would ever want to meet. This is clearly the BEST Mexican food I have ever eaten in my 54 years. The atmosphere and energies of the restaurant are warm, calming, and inviting. You feel like you have gone to someone's private home and mama is in the kitchen cooking. You know that when you sit down you are in for a real treat. The salsa was fresh and had the perfect balance of flavors. My wife loved the Guacamole as it was perfectly made and not spicy. I had the Burrito Durango which was a flour tortilla with pinto beans (perfectly cooked), guacamole, sour cream, and I chose the ground beef option, it was so yummy and the portion completely filled me up. My wife had the Enchiladas a la Crema which she said was absolutely delicious. We both love tamales, so we each got a side order of the pork tamales which were divine. My wife took home a serving of flan for dessert. The prices for everything were most reasonable and the portions served were huge. Everything was perfectly spiced, perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Casa Durango.
