This place is a major DUMP. We lived there for a short time (moved before our lease was up) because they would not fix anything. 10 days no hot water, 5 days could not use the sink, electrical problem with the breaker box, ROACH infected. When we moved in our rent was 550.00, then they fired the apt. manager brought in a new one and told us they wanted to raise our rent to 850.00. Needless to say I wouldn't pay that much for that dump. We tried to stick out our lease (up in Sept.) we made it til Aug. I could not deal with the ROACHES and the ELECTRICAL problem. Besides that the laundry room was disgusting. And you don't need perfect credit to rent a house. I am in a nice bug free house (4 bedroom) and I only pay 875.00. more

We are an AC company, we fixed some AC's for these apartments in July of 2011 they have still not paid for parts installed. We are not going to let this go. Here is a tip PAY YOUR BILLS!!!!!! more

I hear a lot about this community as far as how ghetto and how many police show up. But i still gave it a shot. so far I havent had any problems with any of the staff as well as tenants. I havent seen a single cop car in the property. I had met the new manager and she was very friendly. I must say they have cleaned up this place compared to what I've heard about the previous owners and staff. The current ones on the property are not bad at all. I dont know about u mikeaz2011..... but you need not act immature.. more

I have had pest control issues that have still not been rectified, the staff come and go and it is way over priced for what it truly is. The ONLY good thing is that the light rail is close......However, would you take all the bad just to have one or two good things? I know I am fed up and will never tolerate it again, thats for sure. By the way, the only people who will probobly rent here are ones who have horrible credit or are in a bad spot in their life. My college buddies would NEVER live here. They would actually choose a reputable apartment complex to live in. more

I currently live in the apartments. Its quaint and the staff are very friendly and accomodating. Its a small property but peaceful. I have had no problems with them and I recommend this place to those single college students as well as small families. Its close to mill ave and ASU and tempe market place. its an easy and convenient way for me to get around since the light rail is right next to it. more

WELCOME TO HELL 1/5/2011

This apartment complex is nothing but trouble, stay away! Not only is this place infested with roaches but the owners are SLUM LORDS! They try to ""run"" the business even though there is staff in place. The owners make verbal agreements with people then never follow through. This apartment complex is a target for so many FAIR HOUSING VIOLATIONS its not funny. They had a fire in May that was started by the owners hiring an illegal, non-insured hvac person. IF YOU RENT HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! YOU WILL BE HARASSED BY THE OWNERS...I only gave 1 star in this rating because it would not allow me to NOT allocate a star. more
