With only about a month until my wedding, my original custom made dress came out nothing like i had asked of from Ana Maria's Bridal in Santa Barbara. My experience here with Maria and her staff was a god sent. Maria Martinez of Casa Blanca Bridal is the most competent seamstress anyone could ever hope for their wedding dress needs. She is in high demand due to the lack of dress shops in the area; however, WELL WORTH the effort and drive to Santa Maria. Not only did she help me find the perfect dress that made me look even more beautiful then i had ever hoped for, she made my dress buying experience one i will never forget with her caring, professional, detailed, and genuine attention to me and my needs. Yes her shop is very busy and crowded, but when you get her in the room you will see just what i did, a fashionista with the heart of a loving mother. Only a shallow, rude, and bitchy bridezilla would overlook the amazing experience this shop and the family that runs it has to offer. My mother died a year ago and Maria's genuine warmth gave me a peace no one else has shown me............. Thank you Maria for all your help. more

I walked into the shop not really knowing what I had in mind for prom, but after gazing through the shop Maria and Chui came up with a lot of dresses that I had overlooked, and they were so beautiful. With a lot of fun stories and little jokes I walked out of the shop having found the perfect dress. Pros: very helpfu, friendly, and great service Cons: it's a bit cramped. more

This bridal shop is near my mothers house so I decided to give them the first shot in seeing if they can provide me with my wedding dress and also to see if they can make my brides maid dresses. Cons: Dirty, not proffesional, roude, cheep more

It was the worse experience of my life. Your wedding should be the most special day of your life and they ruined it in seconds flat. I was in a bit of a rush and decided to buy a dress that I had found there simply because it was the one I wanted but it cost less. I was pretty disgusted by the place to begin with but bought the dress anyways. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I paid for my dress in full but left it there so it could get alterations. I went to pick up my dress and they told me ""sorry, we sold your dress"" 2 days before my wedding. I was devastated. How the hell can they sell my dress!?!?!? Either someone offered them more for it and they decided to give it to them or they are simply the most irresponsible and unorganized group of people I have ever had to deal with. Either way, they are horrible. They offered to give me another dress at a sort of discount but when you go in there, all the dresses are squeezed together, it is impossible to see them. Not only that, they are sticky to the touch. They don't take care of their stuff. It feels oily or something. My advice is to spend the extra hundred dollars and buy the dress from somewhere a little more professional. You don't want your dress to get sold or have yellow spots on it. I've heard many horror stories from them. Just steer clear. Your wedding day should be special. Pros: Cheap if you consider that a PRO. Cons: Unorganized, cramped, unprofessional, dirty. etc. more

I was looking for a specific wedding dress and had found that Casa Blanca in Santa Maria had the dress. I called and made an appointment, which you really don't have to. I was surprised by the size of the location, but was very delighted by Maria and Chui which made me feel like I was with my mom and sister while I was trying on the wedding dresses. Maria is a delight as well as Chui. I highly recommend this bridal store. They have all of the top dresses at very reasonable prices and their service is incredible!! more
