"Turning the Hands of time back" 8/17/2013

I have been for years & will continue to be a loyal customer with CAS Automotives. Their work is excellent. The owner and his staff are wonderful. It's like "stepping back into time" and experiencing how people and businesses use to take pride in providing great service and doing what ever it took to make the customer happy. Went out of their way to correct a small problem! 8/8/2013

Had an AC problem and was not sure the cause. CAS went out of their way to fix it. Solder joints in controls were resoldered - any other repair shop or dealership would have ordered new control box and charged much more. They got my AC working well for a grand total of $60.00! You can't beat that! more

Honest 5/3/2012

Good feeling from this business. Took my Audi in when I spotted an oil leak, and braced myself for the diagnosis as they were in a position to tell me almost anything. I was told Jiffy Lube had spilled some oil during my last oil change and that there was ""nothing wrong with the car."" Both me and my wife use this shop for our cars from now on. more

These guys are great, very talented, I had them do body repair on my Acura TL, Elie is the best, saved me lot of money. I was referred to them they a friend. they are awesome. more

The Service Adviser (Cindy) here is GREAT!! I would recommend them to ANYONE. They made me feel like I was top priority they gave me a ride home and picked me up to come get my car when it was ready, the price was half of what the dealer quoted me. The customer service is top notch, the owner even called me to make sure things were up to my standards!! Oh and I cant forget the free car detail I got. Awesome You Guys, Truly Awesome!! more

excellent and affordable 11/12/2010

I took my 03 camry to the dealer yesterday because they had this deal where you get oil change and tire rotation for $12.99, once I got there and they had my car the service writer came back with a list of things wrong with my car for a total cost of $1900, i just about flippped.I told the guy just give me the list and I drove across the street to CAS automotive and I had them inspect the car, they came up with a similer list but for 50% of what the dealer was going to charge me , not to mention the great free car detail job i got too. thank you CAS. more

Steer Clear of This Place 8/14/2009

I read several great reccomendations about this place and decided to give them a try. My simple install of front shocks has turned into a costly disaster. The Tech Roger botched the install and used the incorrect hardware. He distroyed 2 new shocks that cost over 200.00 and then they refused to fix the problem. So I am out the install cost plus the damage done to my vehice and I have to purchase new shock hardware from the dealer. Run dont walk from this place. more
