As soon as I found out he was not happy, I offered to refund Manojs' money. He arrogantly refused . A few days after our service, he said he researched ants on the web and treated it himself. As far as his reservice request, We tried to schedule with no answer. When we went out the next day, his wife refused service. This man is difficult, to say the least. Look at my track record. The only complaint I have had. more

Cary Pest was ineffective in eliminating the ant problem. They guarantee 100 percent customer satisfaction and a free repeat service if problem does not go away in two weeks. Problem got worst. They made a follow-up phone call in third week and got the feedback of not solving the ant problem and said would do a free service. This is almost fourth week and no one has scheduled a reservice. Not much different than the rest of the service providers. more

I cannot say enough. they are so loyal to their customers and, in turn, the customers are loyal to them! \r I have never had a problem. they are very willing to come back for a re-treatment if there are any bug issues within the month. the price is very reasonable and Mike tells ME when its time to go from monthly to quarterly! he knows his business, for sure! \r in this day and age when customers are always ready to ""jump ship"" to try something new, its so nice to have a consensual and mutually beneficial and trusting relationship with a service provder. Especially here in the south where there is constant war with the bugs! \r I am so glad that I ""found"" Mike and he and his Associates are top notch! \r I would be happy to talk to anyone who is considering hiring Cary Pest Control. more

Outstanding Pest Control 6/19/2011

We have used Cary Pest Control Inc. for quarterly, outside service for approx. 2 years and have been 100% satisfied. Prior to Cary Pest Control we were customers of a large pest control company that required us to sign up for monthly indoor treatments. We felt that this was an excessive service for our needs but the company would not offer any other options. Mike at Cary Pest offers a quarterly external treatment which is ideal for our needs. Only 2 times over 2 years we have requested indoor treatment for roaches ( at the beginning of the summer) and occasionally for mice. They provided this service the very next day and at no extra cost! Mike, his wife and their staff are courteous, knowledgable and friendly. We highly recommend Cary Pest Control Inc. they will take good care of your home. more

Excellent Quarterly Service 2/21/2011

I have used Cary Pest Control for many years. Even though the quarterly service includes inside and out, we do not need the inside service because the outside, garage, and crawl space treatment keeps bugs and spiders out. I had ants trying to get in the back door one time and Cary Pest came right out with bait, spray and advice! more

Exceptional Service 9/1/2010

I have been a customer of Cary Pest Control for six years, and have highly recommended them to countless friends and neighbors. Mike and his team are knowledgeable and courteous, and have worked hard to effectively contain a challenging pest issue that has developed over years with previous owners of the home. I utilize the monthly service and feel that it is a significant value for the cost. I am always impressed with their willingness to schedule services within a day when a pest issue arises. more

Dependable, thorough, and polite 8/4/2010

I've have been using Cary Pest Control for over one year now. (I have the quarterly service plan). I called them when we were having real trouble with bugs last summer. They were very caring and thorough. They explained everything that was happening and also what needed to happen to change the bug situation. I feel like their treatments to the home have been very effective. I have worked with several of their servicemen and all have been very polite and hardworking. I would highly recommend their services to my friends. more

Excellent, trusworthy pest control service! 8/1/2010

Mike Sauls has provided our pest control service for 17 years. He has always been very dependable and done an excellent job with professionalism and integrity. If we have ever had a recurring pest control problem during any 3 month service period, Mike has always come back free of charge to take care of it. Although we used a competitor when we first moved to the Cary area, their level of service was not nearly as thorough or dependable as CAry Pest Control's. Now we wouldn't use anyone else for our pest control needs. Pros: Dependable, great service more
