They replaced my front bumper on my car 9/06. They gave lifetime guarantee and this month the paint started flaking off. \r \r I took the car in and they agreed to fix it. The day before they were suppose to fix it they called and said they needed my paper work because they lost theirs. Not only were they were unwilling to work with me until I found my paper work, they treated me as it I was trying to steal from them. Note I would not be there if it was done correctly the first time. They contacted the owner and he was useless. I did find my paper work and they started the work. \r \r This job was also done poorly. I can see the bumper where they sanded though the paint near the wheel.\r \r Spoke to the owner Scott Phillips and he walked away before resolving this issue. more
