Carvilla Auto Brokers

I recently purchased my 4th car from Carvilla Auto Brokers. It is a fantastic car. They gave me a great price on my trade, and when there was a difference between my trade and my new car purchase price, they gave me 30 days to pay the difference (So I didnt have to take out a loan) now the car has little squeaks here and there but hey, its 7 years old what do you expect?!?!?!?!?! When i picked up the car, there was a tail light out, and they replace it free for me! These guys are great, I would highly reccomend them to anyone and everyone!! Looking forward to buying my NEXT car from Carvilla Auto Brokers! Pros: Good Used Cars, Great Prices! Cons: Could have washed it before I picked it up.....but hey I gave short notice :-) more

A year and a half ago On my first car buying hunt I came across Carvilla Auto Brokers. The staff seemed friendly enough, and knowledgeable. They didn't didn't hesistate to let me test drive the car of my choice. Right off the bat I noticed something wasn't right when driving upon returning the car I broached the subject of the ""squeaking"" ""Oh it's just because it's been sitting for a while it'll go away. I'll have my husband (the mechanic) take a look at it"" She tells me this I believe her. Come back less than a week later to pick up my car, drove over 2 hours to get it. It's too late to return it or get the $500 deposit back. I was very excited. Left the lot and there was that ""squeaking"" after she had just told me the ""mechanic"" had looked at it and everything was fine, it even had a brand new belt. Needless to say the entire drive home worsened my mood because the ""squeaking"" still persisted. To this day it has not stopped. I've had 2 costly repairs done to it less than 6 months after I had it. And right now a new light is popping on everyday. Thanks Carvilla for nothing. Way to make my first car buying experience memorable. If you know whats good for you, you'll be careful in interacting with these ""auto brokers"". Pros: Cars looked nice. Cons: They are lemons! more
