Do NOT use Carvill Electronics, Southampton. ""Robert"" came to our house, looked at our equipment, said it was broken and he'd fix it, charged us $135 and we NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN!! We've made over 20 calls with not one return phone call. Time to report Carvill to the Better Business Bureau, or just go to small claims court. more
