Love this place. Anytime I need some extra money I bring my jewelry in for a loan. My first transaction with Carver Reed was in 1982 and I've been going ever since. Most important thing with a business like this is trust and this is a place you can feel completely comfortable with. Classy, family business, treat you with respect. With the economy being what it is I was looking for a way to get some extra money for my bills until my next paycheck. I had never been in a position like this before and started looking in to possible options. I came across this store through a friend and my initial reaction was that I love my jewelry and there are so many negative things associated with 'pawn shops.' Well let me tell you that not only do I totally agree with the previous post but I am so thankful for listening to my friend. I was reluctant at first but after my first transaction with Carver W. Reed, I will not only be a lifetime customer but I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I felt a little embarrassed going in to pawn my jewelry but they treated me with such respect and as a first time client they explained the whole process to me in a way that allowed me to walk away feeling secure and knowing that I would not have to worry about not seeing my jewelry again.
