I continue to be amazed by this Cartridge World Franchise their stores(they appear to have 4) seem to always have my cartridges in stock that we use in our business, they seem to be the same quality as the Brand name Cartridges and we save $30.00 on our toner cartridge. I like to shop where employees are knowledgeable and are happy to work at their business. These people are always Happy! more

Great Service, Great Business, you will like these guy's 12/15/2007

We had a problem with our printer and took it there by chance, turns out the electronic part of the cartridge was bad from HP, They checked it out found the problem and sold us a compatible cartridge to solve the problem. there was no charge for checking out our printer, just the cost of a new cartridge! WOW Staples and HP told us we needed a new printer.... lousy service from HP and Staples Great Service from Jose at Cartridge World Pros: Knowledgeable, They know there stuff!! Cons: None, Great place to get cartriges Thanks Rigo!! more
