I went there twice with coupons from Groupon for a Goldwash. Staff is friendly & helpful. The place was quiet and it took about 20min for the whole treatment. Car was nice'n shiny. They did a GREAT job without streaks on the windows which is a pet peeve of mine. The tire shine lasted a day or two....I am not sure about the express wax / hand buff. I wasn't able to tell the difference with or without but staff firmly assured me it was applied. Bottomline, I wouldn't spend $40+ buckaroos on the Goldwash, but you get a GOOD carwash for 13 with coupon. more

I purchased coupons through Groupon for the carwash.\r I have never been there before, and will for sure become a regular. The energy at this place is crazy, My minivan was a disgrace and they cared for my vehicle in such a manner thats beyond belief, and the coupon was only $13. I will certainly recommend this place to everyone I know and will now be a regular.\r Thank you Groupon for the introduction and to cartique and their team, superb job. more

I bought two coupons through Groupon for the Gold Wash valued at $40. The gold level through Groupon was only $13. Good deal, huh? I was certainly expecting a lot out of a $40 car wash as I don't normally pay that much without a coupon. We were very disappointed and I would say the service was only worth the $13 I paid. I would have been ticked if I paid full price. Crumbs were left in between the seats, the dash was hastily wiped down, and the tire shine consisted of just spraying on shine with no cleaning involved. Maybe they gave me such shoddy service b/c of my coupon, but I would think they would want to win my business not run me off. Won't be back! Mr. Clean carwash is MUCH better! more

From the moment I was greeted I was treated as A VIP. I weas not pushed or pressured in any way like most other places do. I took my car to get it washed today, it was $11, and is well worth it. If you go to the BP, or Shell/Texaco to get the machine to wash it, you might as well take it here and get it done right. The machines will leave all kinds of scratches on your car, where these guys will not. Besides, it will cost you $10 at an automated wash anyways, so you might well pay the extra $1 and know that your car is not going to be spider webbed up with scratches. the owner suppose cancel my vip washes on june but they charge me 2 more months till august !!i call them at august 24 after i saw my statement didnt know that they charge me two more months i talked to the owner he hang up the phone on me rudely and call me back later and told me he can only refund my 80buck back which is one month only ..that mean i pay for jully and i didnt go there for any wash ... the scam me for 80 bux !!!!!!i been going there for 3 years !!! take tat 80 bux and showed it up urs !!!!!! scam !!!!!!! dont go to this place !!!!!!! I took my car in for an ""interior"" detail only. I asked for the price of the interior detail and was given $74 for my car. After the service was done I went to pick it up and was given the total of $104. I asked why it jumped from $74 to $104 and was told in a defensive and rude manner that in order for the interior to be cleaned the outside had to be washed. I was then told that I was charged the extra $11 for each tire to be shined. I felt it was odd that they would do it without asking me and then try to charge me for it. I refused to pay for it and the guy was even more defensive and rude. I will never go there again. Cons: go after your wallet any way they can more

I take my personal car there (2008 Jaguar XKR) and my business partner and our wives all take cars there. We are all under monthly contract. We like the attention to detail and the difference that a good hand car wash makes. I see there was a previous negative review. My car was relatively clean for being a newly purchased used car. Thought I'd get a detail to make it feel even newer. Don't know how they did it, but they managed to make my car dirtier than before I took it in. Got the interior detailed and exterior handwashed. Nasty glue-like residue left on my console, bits of lint left from their towels all over the place, and didn't clean areas that obviously needed cleaning. My complaint isn't so much the fact that they did a lackluster job- it could be fixed. But when I asked the manager to fix these things, it was apparantly an extreme burdent to him. He got extremely defensive, and was hasty to fix the request. Even then- it wasn't detailed as one would expect after the cost. Paid good money and got below average service. So many better choices out there. more
