Carters One Hour Cooling-Htng

Initial installation of the air purification system we bought (their 'top-of -the-line)' was shoddy. It was fixed up with a return visit by one of their service managers. After that I couldn't get any help worth mentioning in undertanding my role in maintaining the system or in getting replacement filters. Finally, to add insult to injury, they moved away from their local location and the Carter's Plumbing firm they left behind doesn't carry some of the filters I finally figured out that I need. I'm still trying to find out who has them in stock. They're said to be located somewhere on Brookville Road but the people at Carter's at the Greenwood location don't really seem to know where! The whole deal is one great mess. Pros: Excellent salespeople. They're very good at selling what they're supposed to. Cons: Nearly no service after the initial installation. more

I called at 9 p.m. because my air went out. This is July 26th and we have had a heatwave in the midwest and it reached 100 degrees today with the heat index. I called the phone number and reached someone who sounded like she was at home(?). She told me she would have someone call me back. They never called. And I waited on them to call me!! I have a child and the heat in my home was unreal. I would never call these people again for any reason! I chose Dial One and they came to my house, fixed my problem and didn't even charge me for labor! I highly reccomend them over these people. How inconsiderate to not call me back.
