I visited Dr. Rohrkaste for contact lenses and received excellent service from the moment I walked in. It was very clean and the technicians and Doctor were very kind and helpful. I was seen right on time and after a few required visual tests I was seen by Dr. Rohrkaste who discussed a type of lense that would be fit for me. I then sat with a lady who taught me how to put my contacts in, as well as how to remove and care for them (as this was my first time with contact lenses). They ended up not being the right fit for me so I was again seen by the Doctor to further discuss a better option for my contact lenses. I then sat again with another lady who helped me with my new contact lenses. Both the Doctor and technicians were very patient and remained helpful with the many different visits I had to make in order to find the right fit for me. It is also very helpful that before each test the technicians and the doctors discussed the purpose of each test and what the results mean. I highly recommend this place to anyone and will continue to visit this location. more

The staff including the office manager and Doctor were very rude. I made an appointment for Color Contacts. When I arrived, I verified that I could get color contacts and talked to the Doctor about them as well. After the Doctor performed the exam, he refused He refused to give me my prescription for color and handed me one for clear. I refused to take it. As I was leaving, the office manager came running out screaming Sir, Sir, you have to pay for the exam. I told her the story and she rudely said I know the story but you have to pay. I refused and she has billed me for it. I turned them into the BBB and they stated they had several complaints. Verrrrrrry Rude. I went to Vision Center at Walmart and had no problem getting my prescription for colored contacts.....and they were much cheaper and very nice! When I was in the parking lot, I talked to a woman who heard everything and said this was her third time coming back for her eye glass prescriptions and they have been very rude to her as well. more

Went here to get an eye exam for new glasses. Had problems with new glasses. After several attempts by Dr. Barns eyemart I was sent back to this office next door. Only allowed to see a technician who was very rude. Felt the rude treatment because I was complaining. After another set of lenses that didn't work was sent back again. Only allowed to see technician again. This went on until I finally demanded to see the optometrist again which I did. Still had problems again and was sent back only to get a rude technician again. Had enough with this office. Eyemart cut 7 or 8 lenses for me and I still have problems with them. I recommend you not use this office for eye exams. more
