Finally found good custumer service! 9/1/2009

We recently planned my uncle's funeral and went to Carters for the flowers. They were the best part of this difficult planning. We were helped by a couple people (guy and woman) there that took their time with us. They didn't assume we knew what we wanted and really helped us. Not to mention all the coffee and cookies we consumed while there. Carters really made the pain of loosing a loved one very bearable. Like customer service used to be. Pros: Treated like royalty! Cons: Wish I could stay longer. more

Avoid! Poor Customer Service & Disrespectful 6/12/2008

We received poor customer service from this flower shop. They did the floral arrangements for my mother's funeral and arrived late with the flowers for the viewing. When we later complained about it, they were disrespectfully argumentative and denied it. I do not recommend this flower shop. Cons: Rude & disrespectful customer service more
