I had Darrell to work on my Lexus a couple of times. He provided a great service and also charged me a better fee than other car repair shops that I have used. He was also had very good customer service, and knowledgeable in regards to certain issues that are particular to my model. He is now my go-to Car Tech when ever I have an issue that I can’t resolve for myself. I have recommended him to several people and all of them have been very happy with his service, and pricing. I recently met Darryl, after some years of hearing about his shop, from my daughter and my supervisor at work. I was surprise how friendly they were and got me in and out quickly. I would recommend this shop for anyone. As women we need help from males to insure we are not taken advantage of and i have seen it happen and have been taken avantage of at other shops. Once i used cartech, i feel confident that i will always have their best, and I thank them very much and will see them soon:) more

I cant say enough about the guys at Cartech. This was my first visit to Cartech. I was told by a guy at work that they do excellent and affordable work. He couldn't have been more right!! I have now found the only place in Charlotte that i will ever take my car to again. Not only is their work affordable and reliable but when i showed up to pick my car up i brought my Discover Card and come to find out Darrell no longer accepts Discover or American Express. That was my only option for payment at the time. Darrell let me drive the car off and told me to come back and pay him when i could. I will definatly be back to pay him on my next pay day. No other shop i have ever been to would have done that for me. Thanks again Darrell and your guys at Cartech. My first expierence at Cartech was great and you now have a customer for life. Went to a Carcare place and to fix my entire braking system was going to cost $1800. Darrel fixed it for $700.\r \r Another time I had an exhaust system problem and Summerfields (because it was close to my office) said I needed about $1300 worth of work. Darrel fixed the problem for $175.\r \r Just talking to friends and family, I've saved a ton of money from everything to an oil change to a new transmission.\r \r Want someone you can trust?
