I brought my car to Pies to have a minor scratch fixed on my bumper. Pie's did a poor paint job and there were flaws on my bumper that weren't there before. When I brought it back to be fixed, the person was rude and told me that it's not going to be perfect. When I when to pick it up again, it STILL hadn't been fixed. I called them back and the person I spoke to told me that they only do what the insurance company pays for. If I would have know it would be such a hassle, I seriously would have left the scratch there. Pie's keep the ugly t-shirts that you give customers and give them good work instead! more

An auto body shop is another one of those places you hope you never have to patronize since if you do, it means something has gone wrong. We've had to take cars to Pie's Body Shop twice--once for repair after a weather-related fender bender and once when it turns out the car was beyond repair. As body shops go, Pie's is quite good. They do the work efficiently and well--I've been impressed with how quickly they are able to get the job finished. Their facility is nice and large and their prices are reasonable. You have to enter it through a narrow driveway, but once you are on the lot, there is a lot of parking and it's very secure--there is a tall fence that keeps the cars out of sight, so I've never minded leaving my car there. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. They return calls quickly and answer any questions you might have without making you feel stupid for asking! more
