We were there on Saturday Nov 10th we ordered the rockfish special and a chefs grilled caesar. The food had tons of flavor and the plate (bowl) presentations were colorful and very creative. The chef was doing flaming desserts next to our table with his helper. All this while he was running around with a party in the restaurant. Outstanding job. We will return to Carson's soon. We are from Towson and are getting tired of the fly by night fad restaurants. Thank you...John and Kate Lidel
