I relocated to Columbus in 1983, found Rotolo's pizza in the French Market area. The owner was Frank Carsoni, he moved to the present location "Carsonie's". Have you ever eaten "White Pizza" it is out of this world, then try "Carsonie's Chicken" all are to die for. I hope all is going well, Ernie......... more

Carsonie's is rated as the Number 2 Italian Restaurant in Columbus 8/27/2007

Carsonie's is kind of like Cheers, "where everybody knows your name", with patio (seasonal entertainment) and Bocce Court. Their home made foods have been my favorite Italian place in town. They offer a huge menu of moderately priced pastas and appetizers. Among my favorites are Chicken Carsonie with their amazing creamy Alfredo sauce, Stromboli and their White Pizza (an original family recipe), I prefer mine with Chicken, Black Olives, mushrooms and hot Yellow Peppers--ah! to die for..... Carsonie's is a family owned place that has amazing tasting food and great friendly service. It is a must try if you like Italian food and don't want to go to Olive Garden. There pasta and calzones are incredible and come in large portions which make them perfect for sharing!!! Add them to your list of place to go soon! more

Yummy calzones!! 11/6/2005

Carsonies is a fun, causal pizza/italian eatery. we go we get our "usual" the veggie calzone! It is always filled with wonderful veggies, tons of cheese and the marinara dip is wonderful. We always start off with the house salad that is very good. Crayons and activity books are provided for children and a few tvs are set up in the dinning area. My only complaint is that at times it can get a bit smokey but *i think* the city wide smoking ban would remedy that. more

Great homemade Italian food 8/4/2005

I have been here a few times and the food has always been excellent. I usually order a pasta dish and I think all of their pastas are homemade. The servers have always been prompt and friendly and I have always enjoyed the food and ate too much! I think they also have a patio. more
