I have had many dentists in my 52 years here on Earth and I have now found my FOREVER dentist!!! I called Dr. Kutsch's office because a crown had fallen off and I had no trustworthy dental office to seek assistance from! The person on the end of the phone was excellent at understanding my issue and at scheduling me, and I had never been seen there before!!! I went into the practice yesterday for my first visit. Due to my prior dental experiences I wanted to leave before I ever stepped out of my car! A few deep breaths and I was in the parking lot headed for the door......Oh, I was so nervous! As I stepped in I was met with a huge smile and a welcome from Tracy! She then asked if she could get me something to drink. I was like...hello, I am at the right office aren't I! She gave me a cup of my favorite beverage, coffee, and chatted about the massage seats as I sat down! I turned on this excellent massage wonder and began melting into the abyss! I was so relaxed when they came to get me it was amazing! It also was a short wait which was nice! \r \r I met with Stephanie who allowed me to continue my coffee while she did her initial work up! The coolest part of this was her mellow personal professional nature as she did my xrays (and I watched on my own patient screen) ....It was relaxing and enjoyable! Not like a dental stressful situation as in my past! I was actually getting to know her and the practice in just a short amount of time! WOW!\r \r Next I got to meet Dr. Kutsch while he examined me!!! I had a bad cavity under my huge old filling which he found....but somehow they made me feel so at ease I was excited he found it and that I was going to get it fixed!!! What?? Excited to be drilled on!!! YES! This office is just so amazing I was excited!!! \r \r Next, because I had only come in for a crown to be cemented, I had a brief wait for my repair they had just found! I was given a wonderful heated neck pack, more coffee and the massage seat again!!! There was even a munchie banana or apple had I needed a boost! As I waited a very short time, I noticed smiling patients leaving! I noticed the friendly positive way Tracy treated all the other patients! I was amazed at the ""feel"" inside this office!\r \r Julianne came for me next! Wow! Another positive friendly person! She took me back and made sure I was comfortable and began prepping me for the procedure! Her professionalism and kind nature took away my fears!! Dr. came in and soon I was done! A new overlay/crown was made and placed as was my original that had previously fallen off!!! I felt great, sore but great! As I sat there right after the procedure Dr. handed me a serving dish with a warm moist towlette and a chocolate treat! Holy Moly! Did I die and go to heaven? No, just to the dentist! \r \r I checked out and was handed a beautiful rose nicely wrapped in tissue and a bow!!! I want to go back!!! Wait, it is a dentist office I am thinking.....but then I reassured myself that this is no ordinary office, this is a state of the art modern friendly professional place I get to call my dental home!!! OH WAIT, there is MORE!\r \r I was relaxing at home later that evening when the phone rang! Oh yes, it was Dr. Kutsch checking in on me! WOW! Pinch me! Have I really found my FOREVER Dental Office! Yes! Proud to say my experience was excellent and I look forward to many more!! more

This is a wonderful place for the entire family. Dr. Kutsch and his staff make you feel as if you are the only person they are focusing on. My kids have enjoyed going to the dentist and ask when they get to go again! You will be well taken care of with up to date technology in a very comfortable and relaxing environment. After eight long years of avoiding dentistry due to a severe anxiety disorder, I returned to find the most caring and compassionate practice one could have ever hoped for. The patience and professionalism of the staff combined with such a comforting atmosphere has made one of my deepest fears simply vanish. Upon my first visit, I was literally terrified to enter the building for my intake session. However, Traci's warm smile and greeting immediately put me at ease. The appointment with Stefanie was the most fun experience I have ever had in a dentist's office. Her ability to connect with her patients and make the entire intake relaxing and understandable was all the proof I needed that I had made the right decision for my oral care. Today, Dr. Kutsch and Sarah frequent inquired as to how I was doing and were most accommodating my specific needs. Stefanie even stopped what she was doing and swung by during the procedure just to make sure I was alright and offer encouragement. Later in the evening, Dr. Kutsch went the extra mile, taking the time to call to make sure I was recovering and answered any questions I had. The process, which involved a tooth extraction and a crown, was, dare I say, enjoyable. I cannot possibly expressing my gratitude enough to Dr. Carson Kutsch and his amazing staff for all they have done for me. Thank you for everything and I cannot wait until my next visit. more

It would be hard to overstate the excellence of care provided at Carson Kutsch's office. Last week, I was in for a cleaning with Alison and although I responded to her friendly ""How are you?"" with my typical, ""Well, I'm at the dentist"", by the time I left my teeth were clean and my mood was lifted. Today was no different when Stephanie talked me through my fears of having an implant placed. The personal care Carson and his team give ensure you that they consider their patients friends. The office is beautiful, the technology is cutting edge (including in-office crowns and text message appointment reminders), and lip balm and chocolate are offered at the end of a cleaning. What could be better? more

After having a great dentist in Corvallis who unfortunately went out of business I was not excited to find another dentist. I saw a new dental chain that just opened in Albany but left in almost tears. They wanted me to commit to over $13,000 in dental work on my first Visit. I then found Dr. Kutschs office and have never left. They also see my husband. The staff is friendly and helpful. more

I can't say I ever really get excited to go to the dentist, but I can honestly say I do get excited to tell people about my dentist. Dr. Kutsch and his amazing staff make dental visits as pleasant, quick and comfortable as possible. Kutsch Family Dentistry overcame my husbands fear and anxiety with going to the dentist. The staff was so friendly, comforting and engaging with him, he really enjoyed the experience. Before, he would have to be drugged and dragged to an appointment elsewhere, now he doesn't need medication or encouragement to go--he looks forward to it. They called him at home between appointments to see how he was doing. He felt special. I am also amazed at how quickly they get the work done--it doesn't take weeks or multiple visits for one tooth! As a new patient to Kutsch Dentistry this year, I really appreciate the friendly environment coupled with leading-edge dental care and technology. I went in for my second cleaning today and was greeted with smiles and, to my surprise, questions about things we'd talked about six months earlier. My hygienist, Jenny, not only does great work but is friendly and engaging, making the time fly by as we chat between plaque-picking and teeth polishing. The technology used from the exam tools to the video and x-ray machines give you a view of your dental health that is unparalleled in my experience. Dr. Kutsch lays out a dental health plan that can be accomplished in your own time, clearly explaining the priorities ""if you were my son or daughter"", and helping navigate the costs and insurance implications. Stefanie, the office's treatment coordinator, is a gracious hostess and makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend Dr. Kutsch's practice to anyone in the mid-valley area. more

If it wasn't for Carson and staff, I would have no teeth. The beautiful smile, that he gave to me, is the reason why during my second childhood, I was able to win ""Prom Queen"". Dr. Kutsch and his entire staff are incredible! They are all professional, caring and experts at what they do. They truly rate 5 stars. Personal care and service are outstanding.\r \r The follow-up from everyone, including Dr. Kutsch himself, is excellent. Even calling the after-hours emergency number will result in a near immediate return call. We just moved to Albany this year from out of state. Finding a new dentist/doctor/mechanic, etc. is really hard, especially after several years of loving the ones you’ve come to know and trust. We found Dr. Kutsch primarily from a direct mail piece and since they were one of only two dentists who bothered to reach out to us, we decided to check them out. We knew what we were looking for. We really wanted somebody with the same philosophy of dental care we had back home. We wanted someone who was technologically advanced; meaning digital x-rays and in office crowns, etc. Well at this point the whole family has been in for check-ups (and more) and we feel like we found all we were looking for (and more) and that was a pleasant surprise. The more that we found was the personal service. Dr. Kutsch has somehow been able to hire people who really care at a personal level about intimate family details such as an upcoming engagement or impending departure. And in our specific case (he wouldn’t want me to tell you) we found a level of charity and kindness and generosity that was difficult to embrace. We had a “warranty” issue with some dental work we’d done back home and the lengths his office went to own the problem allowed for solutions we just could not manage alone. So all that to say we can, without reservation, recommend this dentist. more

From the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave, there is a elegance and grace about the place, it ""isn't your grandma's dental office"" Dr Kutsch and his wonderful staff make going to the dentist almost (I say almost because there is that pesky numbing thing they have to do!) pleasurable. I love the state of the art machines especially being able to have a crown done in one sitting!!!!! I have received wonderful service and would recommend highly. more
