Cars & Credit Assistance

My husband and I have purchased two used cars from Cars and Credit. One in 2003 and the other in 2007. Before purchasing they allowed us to take the cars to get them checked out. The Montero was in excellent condition, no work needed. We took my Volvo to two mechanic friends and also to the dealer to make sure that everyone was on the same page with the stability of the vehicle and/or problems that needed to be addressed. We went back to Cars & Credit with a list of problems and they fixed them all at no cost to us. Two months later, another problem arose and Cars & Credit and Auto Finance stepped up to the plate and took care of that too! Yes, I must say the interest rate is high, but it's not like you're being financed by GMC, this is 2nd chance financing for people with bad credit! If you have a poor credit history, you're going to pay for it. I'm just thankful that I was able to get a reliable vehicle at a price I could afford. These folks are rip-offs, they sale junk cars, will not stand behind their word. I am so thankful I was able to get out of the contract at 28%!!!!. It is simply not worth it, Cars and Credit, if I did not write the BBB, The Governor of Consumer Affairs, you probably would not have given me ALL MY MONEY BACK, Check out You're Rating for the BBB it finally made it to C+ from a F- when I had to experience such unprofessionalism in 2009! more

I purahsed my car from Cars and Credit on 05/05 and my check engine light came on 05/07 i called and was told to go to auto parts store and get it scanned I did had the checjkengine light reset and today is 05/11 and it is on again.\r \r Cons: Full of Lies more
