Wholesale Bakery Open To The Public Since 1995
TLuis Cervantes runs the family-owned Carrusel Bakery his father started 15 years ago on Date Palm Drive in Cathedral City. Owner Luis Cervantes begins forming dough into an assortment of Mexican sweet bread known as pan dulce, rolls and other pastries at Panaderia Carrusel. Cervantes decided to take on the role of the bakery's legal owner after his father moved to Guadalajara in June to start a new venture. Cervantes has invested into the bakery and is looking forward to the peak fall and winter season when customers crave conchas, cuernos and tres leches cake for comfort. Carrusel Bakery has a loyal customer base; some have come to the bakery for fresh bread for years. The family business spirit lives on in the other employees at the bakery as well in Owner Luis Cervantes's sister Adriana.
