I rented a one bedroom cabin in the new section of Carr's. It was a clean, cheerful cabin with one large bedroom and bath upstairs and a kitchen, living room and half bath downstairs. It had a gas firplace and a private little porch overlooking the stream. Carr's is close to the city but not in the crowded main area of town. The only disadvantage I saw to this cabin is that it backs up to a large motel but that did not really bother me. The management staff is friendly and helpful. There is a playground on the property. The cost was $120 a night in October.
Pros: Clean, Friendly people, Good location
