This is a mortgage house. My representative or loan officer was Kathleen E. Brewer. Ms. Brewer did some work for my aunt so I thought I would give her a try. Well she was very helpful. I refinanced my home with her help. Kathleen is very consensuses about her work. Her phone is always on and she is easy to reach. I decided to refinance in the middle of the month so we had a lot of work to do in a hurry. I had a guy come in to give me an estimate on my house and then we had to sign tons of papers. Thanks to Kathleen I have a lower interest rate. I also have a smaller payment. When it came time to sign the papers she came to my house.
