I visited Carroll's to purchase an arrangement for my mother-in-law. I wasn't very impressed with the arrangements on show but needed to get something quickly. I picked the arrangement and while they did have what I was looking for available their pricing was very high. Much higher then any other florist I have purchased from. PROS: Available selection CONS: Price more
