Everything about Carroll Plumbing is excellent--from the person who answers the phone to the technician who comes to do the work, and they are always on time. They take care of all my furnace, water heater, AC and all plumbing needs. I wouldn't call anyone else. more

Carroll is not cheap, but it's not the most expensive in town, either. The real point is that the work is done by experienced people who arrive when they say they'll arrive, do the work efficiently with a minimum of mess and fuss, and stand behind the job. I've used them for thirty years, and the standard has remained high for all that time. more

I have had Carroll's people in to work on my aging hot water heating system and to replace the main water line into the house. They have always been fast, neat, and skilled, and have been more than happy to discuss what they were doing and why, what was needed to bring things up to code, and why they might not recommend some other work. They are not inexpensive, but that seems true of most plumbing work, and they deliver. They have also passed on opportunities to suggest additional expensive work that they probably could have sold to me, which I appreciate. more

Yesterday you dispatched Kenny to repair a plumbing leak at my home. The manner in which he undertook the work was so unusual that I feel compelled to express my appreciation. Kenny explored all the areas surrounding the problem, prepared the work space to receive debris, kept me informed periodically of both the cost of the parts he was going to replace and his overall progress on the repairs. His manner was reassuring and professional. Both my wife and I remarked on his friendliness and the diligence with which he focused on his work. He departed with all areas he worked in looking spotless. If you ever have a need to assign someone to represent your company, Kenny would be the ideal candidate. He well deserves the admiration he earned from my wife and me and the respect we have for your company. more

I want to thank you for your service today. Charlie, and then Kenny, came to the house to unstop a very old upstairs bathroom sink drain. It took a long time (old, corroded iron pipes, I think) but they persisted and my drain is clearer than it has been since I moved in, ten years ago. They were pleasant, professional, and hard working, and I was most grateful for their work. While he was waiting for Charlie to finish his part of the job, Kenny replaced for me a big battery in a hard-to-reach place in my cellar. I'm 78 and reaching above my head is no longer fun, so this was more than helpful. It probably saved me a service call from another service provider and I am more than grateful for that kindness. I can't think that I have ever asked a service person to do something like that before -well outside the scope of their responsibilities - and definitely don't plan to make a habit of it, but I was very appreciative of his kindness and hope you tell him so. more

Carroll had previously serviced the central AC in the home my husband I recently bought, so we had them come back out to do routine maintenance before the high-use summer season. They said everything looked great. It turns out that they didn't clean the drain lines, nor did they clean the condensers outside. We've had multiple problems with the units since their ""maintenance"" was completed - some of the problems are actually attributable to their work. That said, the technicians were very nice and acted very professional - they just glossed over service issues that have ended up being problematic. more

Carroll is a first rate heating and air conditioning company. They do sales and repairs. their installers and repairmen are all very competent and cheerful. They can handle any plumbing, heating or air conditioning problem. more
