I was a resident at this place and there were so many issues I actually checked out of there in 24 hours the bathrooms smell of pure urine and elderly people were sleeping and slobbering in the hall way in their wheelchairs , there was no indication of cleaning or sanitizing the shower area mold and mildew, staff were always on their private cell phones talking to their boyfriends or girlfriends and crying they were passing out medication when the nurse felt it should be never mind the doctors orders I have seen nurses Nikki and Brittney and Mikki's Daughter in law who was not employed at the Facility yet would come to work with Mikki these 3 girls would tell Residents to shut up and to be quite or they would put the resident to bed , my room mate was sever handicap and could not talk yet the nurses just told him anything and that included personal information he needed to know, his urine jug and mine would be filled to the top we would have to use an emergency call light to get these empty. and I would empty them every so often because the Aides and nurses would be smoking outside right by the door not 25 feet away from the enterance from the building. The fire exits were blocked by approx. 20 wheelchairs and residents just setting there even staff had to walk around them and there was a large TV room approx. 3 feet from the hall that these people could use. There was never any practice use of a fire alarm and or testing of equip. Aides would pour urine down the sink were I and others would brush their teeth wash their face. my bed was changed 1 time in 11 days and that was because I ask, and I made it myself., I have seen aides feeding a patient and stop in the middle of feeding to answer her cell phone. the ladies that called themselves cleaning never swept under the beds or furniture and usd the mop water for 25 rooms never emptying it to refresh or sanitize. I have informed a woman named Ms. Allman of these violations and Mr. Stacy both supervisors I was told to mind my own business this place is awful
