Carris Appliance Repair Service Inc was competitively priced for both parts and service, flexible with my availability, and very professional when they arrived to install our new dryer tub. He came with the correct part, worked efficiently, and had the repairs completed in less than a half-hour even though it required that he disassemble the machine. He even hauled our old tub away with him. Our dryer now works perfectly. I will definitely call Carris Appliance Repair Service Inc for our next appliance repair needs. more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They quoted me over $700 in parts to fix my washer when Sears had the parts for $300. I asked them if I could buy the parts and have them install and they refused! They said they make their $$$ in labor and the part mark up. REALLY?!!!! Very unprofessional and quoted 3-4 hours of labor which took me (average consumer) 2 hours to fix. DO NOT USE!!!!!!! more

jury still out 8/15/2011

my husband read the reviews and was impressed.....after 2 almost 7 pm visits, a 3rd show up with no appointment, and now waiting for Friday to get another sometime Friday appointment....for a dishwasher. Thinking by the time this is finished it would have been cheaper to buy a new one....I will let you know if the stars move up...at this point. they get a 1, at least they came out. as for those 5 great reviews....they were all on the same date...or maybe they are just really good with ac? more

We had a problem with one of our heating units and I was sure it needed a new fan motor, and was prepared to pay for that. When they examined the unit, they found that it was just a loose wire. Most companies would have replaced the fan motor anyway (and made a lot more money on that visit), but Conditioned Air tries to save me money whenever they can. more

I have worked with most of the folks from Conditioned Air for over 10 years, and with a few of them for over 15 years now. In my over 25 years in the construction and facilities fields, they are some of the most competent and knowledgeable HVAC people with whom I have dealt. If I call them with a problem they are usually here within the hour. What more can you ask for? more

I would like to start off with this company the salesman and system evaluator. Made his appointment on time and put on footies to enter my house I was shocked. He assisted me in finding the best system for my money. The installers were the same professional courteous from beginning to end. I felt safe and secure the whole time they were there. Jon Wayne heating and A/c deserves all the credit for the way they train and hire the best of the best. I am truly happy and overwhelmed with this great system. FIVE STARS IS NOT enough! they deserve ten!! more

My heating unit went out on a weekend and I was extremely cold and out of sorts. I called them, they sent technicians to address the problem. The service was done promptly, efficiently, and correctly. They did more for me than I expected or asked. They were considerate and thoughtful. Everything they did was explained fully and I was shown the parts that needed replacement and told why. I must say there is no one who would have given the service they did when I needed it the most. I can say that they deserve the highest recommendation which I would give them without hesitation. more
