We hired CLS for our initial clean up and bi-weekly service. We met the owner Eduardo and he seemed nice and when they came for our initial clean up, they did a great job. That is where it went downhill from there! We had them come for trimming bushes, weeding, and lawn cutting and they would cut the lawn and weed, but when it came to trimming, it was not done when they came. So I contacted the owner, Eduardo, by phone and got no response. Then I emailed them asking when they come next time if they could please trim the bushes and our front area near our front door since it is becoming out of control. When I got a response by email it was "We do it by sections. You might want to go with another company" WHAT?! I asked for them to do the trimming which was part of what I have been paying for (which is $100 per month) and they want to drop me as a customer? Well our scheduled day for them to come has come and gone and they didn't show up for their appointment with us. The owner refuses to respond to us, so I guess we are no longer customers! Now I am frantically calling places to get a new lanscaper to do my yard before my HOA complains! I do not have a huge yard or was asking too much and it just confuses me why they would treat customers this way! I paid ontime actually early and this is how I am treated after asking them to do their job? If you are looking for just initial clean up and not looking for regular service, by all means...use CLS. But beware if you want regular service because this is how you could be treated!
