Just out to get your money. Family owned don't mean notta ! Thought they had Christian values. Spent $120 for AC charge and ""special dye"" to check for leaks. Car did have leak...

Just out to get your money. Family owned don't mean notta ! Thought they had Christian values. Spent $120 for AC charge and ""special dye"" to check for leaks. Car did have leak. (only lasted for one day of cool air) Took back letting them know that I must have leak and to give me an estimate. $450!! my research=AC Discharge line $40-$90; Filter dryer part $40; Refridgerent $20.00 ($13/lb.); Labor and misc...what..$100.00?.... come on... THEN Estimate cost me $40.!! to shine U.V. light and see ""special dye"". more

I am glad I went to carriage house. Another place in town wanted to replace the front axles to fix a vibration that was there while I was driving. They fixed it by only balancing the tires. It's a good thing I did not waste money on those axles. Thank Goodness. more

If you have to have a car fixed this is the place to go. But lets face it, who really wants to get their car fixed? At least I can trust this place and the work they do. We have never had any trouble with them or the repairs. more

Great service and reputation. 2/4/2011

You get what you pay for at Carriage House and what you get is good. We have taken our cars to them over the last 5 years or so. The price is always good and we have not ever had to go back to get any problems adressed. I am glad we have such a reputable place to have our cars worked on in this area. more

Carriage House Automotive is excellent! 2/3/2011

Carriage House started working on my cars after I divorced my husband. Since I didn't have him I needed someone to do the work. All I can say is that I have been really happy with the work they do. They are polite, offer decent pricing, and have gone the extra mile for me in the past. Everyone hates getting their car fixed but they make it a little easier. They must certainly be the best auto repair in Frederick! more

We couldn't be more pleased with the professional, thorough work they have done on our car. They have exceeded our expectations. The final price was also much lower than what the dealer wanted to charge. We just wish we had started going there before now! We will certainly recommend them to our friends. more

Carriage House is first class and one of the best repair shops in Frederick. I have always been happy with the work they do and the way they work with me. They have given me different options for repairing problems in the past and never try to 'strong arm me' into fixing things using fear tactics I have gotten from other places. more

What a great place to have auto repair done with. I tried several other places in frederick over time but these guys have got my business now. Too bad they close on the weekends. I don't want to work then either though. more
