Carretas Mexican Cafe

Last Thrusday night, we had a pary for my friend at Carreta's. Of course, we chose the Karaoke side because we wanted to chill and have a good time. I had to look it up on the internet and I found the worst review and I was thinking, "Maybe I've made a mistake!"....I was wrong! Whoever said that it was too noisy, was crazy! Karaoke was AWESOME and it was a mixed crowd of ALL ages! We rocked the house and I even got over my stage fright and belted out a tune! I'VE FOUND MY CALLING!!!!! The manager and owner walked around and made sure that we ALL were happy and had everything we needed! The drinks were the best and I actually think they put a little EXTRA shot in each drink. We came out actually had money in our pockets and on our debit cards the next morning! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PATRON MARGARITAS AND MALIBU/PINEAPPLE JUICE!!!! So the next time you get a hankering for a good time, make sure you stop by Carreta's on a Thursday or Friday have get ready to have a good time! I promise that you won't be disappointed! Very poorly managed, food was bland and very noisy. We waited for out food for 45 minutes and when we did get it, it was cold. A manager, Stacy was her name, told me they would give us a discount. When we got the bill, it said Walmart on it. We got the same discount as a employee of wal-mart. 10%. I will never return, our server reeked of the scent of Marijuania and was to busy leaning up on the host stand to give us proper attention. We will never ever go back.
