Carrabba's is one of the best restaurants I have ever been too.
They start you out with freshly baked sourdough bread and a plate of fresh herbs, to which they add olive oil.
You dip the bread into the plate of oil/herb mixture...and let your tastebuds dance.
They have traditional Italian dishes like spaghetti and ravioli, but they add their own flavorings and spices and turn it into a culinary masterpiece.
My favorite is the Pollo Rosa Maria (Chicken dish).
They cook their chicken and pizzas in the fire brick oven.
Good service, too. Crowded on weekends. Closed for lunch.
