I sat at the counter (the world's longest chef's table) at Carrabba's on Sunday.... I had my favorite entree there... the Chicken Bryan Texas.... Chicken, goat cheese, basil butter, served with pasta. Sitting at the counter chatting and watching the line cooks prepare the food is always fun (and they throw free items at you for tips). Kinda like sushi chefs or, oyster shuckers. I forget between visits how much I enjoy that place.
