Great Family Restraunt 10/3/2010

If you’re looking for high quality restaurant without the high price, this is where you need to go. My husband and I try to go there at least once a month. We would go more often but we live an hour away. This past Saturday night we took some friends who have never been there. They were thoroughly impressed. The service is ALWAYS top notch and the food is fabulous. We took our two year old son with us this time and yes they were very busy (they usually are) but that’s only because they are such a great restaurant. This night happen to be homecoming so it was even busier. They did an awesome job entertaining our son while we waited for our food (which wasn’t long at all) they brought out pizza dough for him to play with (the idea was its like play-doh), they then brought him a bowl of noodles with butter on them just to snack on, and last but not least they brought him a bowl of ice cream for dessert. We did not ask for any of these things nor did we pay for them. Our son even spilled his milk on himself and the waiter went and got a blow dryer so I could go to the bathroom and dry his jeans. Our so son was very well behaved and my husband and I had a fabulous dinner as always. We would recommend Carrabba's to anyone for any occasion. We couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service and friendly atmosphere. more

Really doesn't live up to the hype 8/9/2008

Perhaps it was a mistake going in there with expectations, but I was all but completely disappointed. To me the food was average and it was definitely too crowded. Some locals might be under the impression that this is a local restaurant, but that's not the case, they're a chain... we're a very local proud town and I think that's why a lot of people go there. For the price and atmosphere, I'd just as soon go to Olive Garden before going there again. (Provided those were the only two choices) Pros: ??? I didn't get sick... Cons: The oil that they served with the bread was standard Olive oil, it lacked the flavor of a refined oil. more

Great food and good place for a date 12/15/2006

I loved this resturant. It is a high class place but without the high class prices. Definantly romantic. You can eat there really cheap or try something a little more exotic and spend a little more. The food is great. I have eaten here many times and have never had bad food or service. If you ever get the opportunity to sit up at the pasta bar or the pizza bar, I would definately recomend it. Just don't sit there if you have a large group and want to talk alot (think, it's bar seating, hard to talk to someone sitting four chairs away). But, it is neat to watch the cooks at work. They offer you fresh Italian bread with a seasoned oil to dip it in. Since I have started going here, bread and seasoned oil has become a staple in my house. If you are a chocolate lover, try their chocolate cake. It is to die for. If your not a chocolate lover, still try their chocolate cake, but find someone to share it with or plan on taking some of it home. It is very rich. I am not big on sweets, but I always have to get a peice. You'll never have better. On the down side, there is not much waiting room and if it is busy, it can get very crowded at the door. That and their tables are placed very close together, so if you can request a booth. Pros: good food, good prices, romantic Cons: small waiting area and tables are too close together more

Great Italian Food 10/26/2006

I have visited Carrabba's quit a few times and have NEVER been disapointed. The food is out of this world, and the setting is cozy and warm. I think for the price of the food, you get what you pay for. They have the best bread it's warm and they bring it to your table with a plate that they put herbs and olive oil on and you dip the bread it in "OH MY GOSH IT'S AWSOME". If you get the chance to go, please do you will love i'm sure. Pros: The food, Ambience, Service Cons: If you get there after 6:00 they have a wait. Sometimes I think the Tables could be spread out a little more so youre not so close to the next person more
