This company has the worst sales people, installers, etc. Don't get fooled by the nice store appearance. I had to use them because my new house with H&H Homes used them to install my floor. They said the replacement flooring would take ten days to come in, never heard back from store. I had to call H&H to get them. After 2 months, somebody finally came to start the repair job. This company is no good. I will inform all my soldier friends and the better business bureau. Soldiers, do not use this company. more

My co-worker and I went into Carpet One so that we could hire them to do some home improvements to our homes. We both set appts for our homes to be measured so that we may receive estimates. My co-worker who needed more work to her home received her estimate quickly and they made arrangements for her home. Myself on the other hand, consistently was pushed to the side and consistently was told by the cabinet specialist" we forgot", Ive been so busy"," I will have it to you the next time you come" . This went on for almost a month. When I returned the last time, I went in with my mother and I was totally ignored. I addressed the cabinet specialist several times by name and until I was nearly on their heals did they address me and continuely ignored. It was such a terrible experience with this company. I was ready to spent money but I guess it was not enough to receive their services. more

This business is one of the worst i have ever used. They messed up and it took them 6 months to fix most of it. My fridge is still messed up i am still waiting for them to fix that. Please do not waste yor time or money here. They take you money and give you below average work. - have reported them the the better business of the Carolinas. more

I PURCHASED CARPET FROM THIS BUSINESS AND HAD IT INSTALLED. THE INSTALLERS DID A POOR JOB WITH THE SEAMS. THEIR WAS A MATCH PROBLEM WHERE THE CARPET COLORS DID NOT MATCH. THE PEOPLE THAT CAME OUT TO FOLLOW UP WERE RUDE AND ALWAYS IN A BIG HURRY. THEY COVERED UP A VENT IN ONE OF THE ROOMS. THEY WERE SLOPPY WHEN MOVING THE FURNITURE. THEY BUMPED INTO THE WALLS, CRACKED ONE OF THE TRANSITION PIECES AND GLUED IT BACK TOGETHER INSTEAD OF REPLACING IT. I WAS SUPPOSSED TO GET $100 OFF THE PURCHASE OF THE CARPET AND DID NOT. THEY WLL TRY TO TRICK YOU WITH THIS. BE CAREFUL. ALSO, THEY DID NOT MULTIPLY THE SQUARE FOOTAGE TIMES THE PRICE CORRECTLY. WATCH THEIR MATH. THEY CANNOT MULTIPLY. THEY DID COME OUT TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE CARPET, BUT I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SEND ANOTHER TEAM, AND THEY SENT THE SAME CREW THAT HAD INITIALLY INSTALLED IT. THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD ALSO COME TO MY HOUSE THIS GO ROUND AND MONITOR, AND HE DID NOT. HE LIED. I ASKED THE SALESMAN ABOUT MY RECEIPT AND HE WAS STUMBLING TO TRY TO FIND THE ANSWER.
