I recommend the Carpet Workroom to anyone. I've used them for about 15-20 years. I never went to anyone else. They do me great. I have them do area rugs or stair runners for my customers. I do my own installations so I haven't used them for that. They always do what they say they are going to. It is always ready when they said that it would be. No worries. Iris is probably one of the nicest ladies you will meet in your life. It might be the personality. I'm loyal to them because they do a good job. more

Very friendly and do a great job 6/25/2013

We get extra carpet from jobs and people want area rugs done. We take the extra pieces of carpet to The Carpet Workroom to bind up the edges to create area rugs. We've been a customer for at least 4 years because they are very friendly and do a great job. If you want to go with a company that's really friendly and hard-working, go with The Carpet Workroom. more

They're very punctual. They don't take it upon themselves to make decisions without consulting you first, which is always appreciated. The workers always have great, positive attitudes. I've been with the company for around 7 years, and I know we have been working with them longer than that. more

We went to The Carpet Workroom to have a large area rug made. They worked with a carpet warehouse to get the carpet we wanted and took care of every aspect of getting the area rug made. They were great to work with and this family really know their business! We are very happy with their service and the area rug looks great! more

Above and beyond 3/20/2013

Wow, the carpet work room went above and beyond my expectations. They used to remnants to form a much needed carpet, to match the existing rugs going into my home. Everyone in the showroom was friendly courteous and professional. I will recommend them to all of my friends, Thank you for your wonderful service! more
