I was talking about needing to get my carpets cleaned at work one day when a coworker overheard me and recommended Carpet RX. I have used a few different carpet cleaners over the years, and I have never had one live up to their promise. They generally do an OK job, but never clean my carpets as well as I have expected. \r \r When these guys showed up, they were in full uniforms, they put on little booties, and put these little guard things in the corners to protect my walls. They started talking to me about the “carpet prescription” and they went right to work. I had a few pets stains that they were able to remove without a problem. They brought in these special fans to get the carpet to dry faster. I felt for once that I got the white glove service I have looked for all along. Now these guys are not the cheapest carpet cleaners out there, but they are BY FAR the best that I have ever used!\r more

I have carpet floors in a large section of my house (basement, and all 2nd floor). I was not satisfied with the Company that did my carpet cleaning before and I heard of Carpet RX from a friend of mine, who used their services before and was very pleased with the results.\r I checked their website, I read about their 9 steps Carpet Prescription procedures, and I decided to give this Company a try.\r I was able to schedule an appointment in just 2 days; their staff was very friendly and helpful (they even help moving all the furniture on my living room, bedrooms and basement!)\r The 2 employees that came to my house were very professional and were able to deep clean all my carpet floors, and make them look like new. :)\r They even offered me, at the end, a bottle of their stain remover to make sure my carpet stays clean for a long time (and with free refills!) + I received a 10% discount for being the first time I hired their services! :)\r I was very satisfied with their services and with the results of their cleaning and I already sign up for a routine cleaning every 6 months with them! :) more

Got the deal on Group on - 3 rooms and a hallway for $49. The owner/operator Brandon was very rude. He would not clean the carpet when I offered to move the kids beds myself, saying that the 'Group on deal is only for the walking areas'. He demanded more money to clean the areas which are occupied by the beds saying 'you got the deal for f......$49 dude'. He threatened to walk away several times. Its just a night mare. Never, ever go with them. I am going to make an official complaint to the Group on also. more

I purchased $200 worth of vent cleaning for $50 on yollar & scheduled an appt which they did not show up for. I re-scheduled & they did not show up for that either. I spoke to the owner & he said he would try to fit me in if they had a cancellation. After another week I was told that they were not going to honor my coupon because they said they showed up on the first appt & no one was home. He said I wasted their time. I had to contact the BBB & yollar who was kind enough to refund my money. I would not recommend this company. more

New to the area and found their deal 2 rooms for $24 to good to pass up. I also added 2 more services to be done when they cleaned the carpets. I was pleased with everything they did until I realized they did not take enough time cleaning my carpets. They left so much water in my carpets that after 12 hours of drying(with Ceiling fans running) you had to dry your feet when you left the room.(They told me it should take 4 hours at the most for the carpet to dry) I have hard woods under my carpet. I asked them several times is it safe to steam clean with hardwood under the carpet. They informed me that as long as the water does not penetrate the pad and sit wet on the hardwood for any amount of time it will not harm them. I called the company back the next day and was told the owner and the person who had done the work would be back out. That did NOT happen. They did not show up, they did not call back, they could not even be professional enough to inform me of anything. I do not clean floors for a living. A little guidance and reassurance that my hard woods were not damaged and that I did not need to remove my carpet. I work in sales and customer service. I am ALWAYS POLITE and never want to waste a persons time, but a phone call is NOT to much to ask. I called another carpet cleaner to see what I needed to do. Fortunately they helped me. more
