Quickly found out the hard way that the best price definitely does not mean the best service. Getting a return phone call was like pulling teeth. Once we put a deposit down, I never heard back from them. Did not even come close to getting our floor installed in a timely manner. Very rude and discourteous in response to my voicing concern over the way things were being handled. And that really good price that I was quoted and had a signed contract for - ended up being double what they told me and the job did not include all the services I was told it was going to include. I would never go back to them and am still trying to find a way to get the job finished and get back the amount they overcharged us. Worst home improvement experience ever!!! I needed carpet very quick for my new baby nursery. Carpet King had so many different carpets to choose from and installed it in less then a week. They were very friendly & honest. I would trust them with any flooring job and recommend them to everyone. more

Delivery for my order it took 2 weeks instead of one as was promised, staff was rude on the phone. Overall attitude was negligent. I""ll come back though for a bargain price. Pros: competitve prices Cons: negligent staff more

Slow slow slow slow!!! Delivery took forever. Prices are fine. They said 3 days and it took over 3 weeks. Cons: they are not truthful about delivery times more
