I have used Carpet Kare to clean my carpets and upholstery since I built my house in 1979. I had an occasion in which I was offered a free room cleaning by a competitor. I had to get Carpet Kare to remove the cleaning solutions left by the competitor. No more freebies for me. There have been different Carpet Kare staff cleaning my rugs and furniture over the years, the service has always been outstanding. more

Most Reliable and Quick Service 9/15/2010

I have been getting carpet and upholstery cleaned by Carpet Kare since I built my house in 1979. The cleaning personnel have changed over time, but the level of service has always been outstanding. At one time, along the way, I had a free room cleaning performed as a promotion and had to get Carpet Kare to come and get the cleaning product out of the carpet. No more free demonstrations from competitors for me. I have recommended Carpet Kare to friends and family without exception. more

Carpet Kare 5/2/2010

We paid $179 to have the carpets cleaned in a house we are selling. It only took about 1 1/2 hours to clean a 2000 square foot house. We picked them because their advertising claims that they remove pet stains. After they left, there were still several pet stains in the carpet. I decided to try to remove the stains myself, with our $175 Bissell. I easily removed the biggest pet stain, which Carpet Kare was unable to remove. Having Carpet Kare clean our carpets was a total waste of money and I would not recommend them to anyone. All they did was vacuum and wet our carpets. more
