Had major work done by Carpet and Floors. They put granite counter tops on a nd ceramic tile back splash on my walls,also they installed carpet in my game room. The work done was superb. Ray is an excellent business man and is a very good man. He went out of his way to accommodate us, very personable. His workers are hard working and do excellent work. Would definitely hire Ray and his workers for future work. I give him 5 stars plus! more

I was very satisfied with Carpet & Floors Market. They put down laminate flooring for me, and I love it! It was my first time using them, and everything was great. The installation went fairly smooth. The workers, who were here for two days, were fine. I think Carpet & Floors Market is great! I was satisfied with everything they did, and I would recommend them. A couple neighbors of mine used them, which is how I heard about their service in the first place. My neighbors were satisfied, and I was satisfied. The workers were prompt. They came when they said they would, and they were cordial. I didn't have any problems. I was all-around satisfied! more

I'd put more than five stars if I could. We had Carpet & Floors Market do all of the hardwood and laminate flooring in our house. They were always very punctual. They did good work and were quick to meet any requests if I had them. Also, when we had some carpeting replaced by them, one of the workman accidentally cracked the edge off of the fireplace hearth stone. I went to Ray about it. With no questions asked, he arranged for us to pick something to replace it, and the workman came right over to fix it. more

I've used Carpet & Floors Market for several years, and I've only had one not-completely happy experience. I originally contacted them a few years ago to replace the laminate wood floors throughout my house. Ray came out right away to take measurements, and I made an appointment to go look in their showroom. He was very patient while we made up our minds about what we wanted. In my time with them, I've only ever worked with Ray for filling out the paperwork and handling the project. He's great and very courteous. I used them again later when I had two insurance claims because of a flood and had to replace my flooring and carpeting. The time I had the carpet replaced was the one time I wasn't happy, because I didn't like the installers who did the work. They were kind of rude. I told Ray about it, and he said he would talk to them. The installers who have come to work on the laminate flooring have always been great. They always get it done when I'm ready for the work to start. Everything is ordered and installed in a timely and orderly way. They also are really great about working on my time frame and schedule. At the end of July they came and replaced some wood floors that had gotten wet. And when one of the boards wasn't sitting right after the installation, Ray had them come right back out and replace it. And that was it! The staff at Carpet & Floors Market is very willing to serve. They have lots of products for you to choose from, from the lower end stuff when you need to stay within a budget, to the "I really want to make my house amazing" product. I love their showroom! I like to go and pretend that I could put everything in my house. Paying for the service is easy peasy. The last time they came out, I hadn't made a payment yet. They didn't give me a hard time at all when they replaced the loose board. They weren't harassing me or anything, they just said to get it to them when the work is done. more

It was my first time using Carpet & Floors Market, and it was great! Ray was very personable. He considered all of my needs and my questions. He really took care of everything and made sure I was satisfied. He installed a new countertop with a new sink and faucet. A plumber then installed a new water purifier under the sink. I love the results! Working with Carpet & Floors Market was very pleasant. You can sit down in a relaxed and comfortable environment while they give you recommendations on how you can save money. I didn't have to worry about anything. When the installers came to do the work, they weren't intrusive at all. They cleaned up after themselves. There was nothing to cause me any anxiety. I've actually requested for them to do some other projects at my house. They gave me quotes and have set me up with a line of credit for the additional renovations. more

the owner of company dont know nothing ab floors / we are not please with there price and service we find a better price in united carpet in waldorf.they have our money and didint do the job .we are looking for our money.RAY is very bad person.give me my money for hardwood we pay to ure salesman. more

I have been a customer of Carpet & Floors Market Inc. in Waldorf, MD for over a year now. My first purchase with them was hardwood floors and carpet. Initially I put the deposit down and they ordered my materials right away, unfortunately I came on some hard times financially and could not meet the rest of the payment. Ray was very understanding and sensitive to my situation and promised to workout something for me. And he did, when he said he will call me back, he did. When he said that he would work with me, he did. It took me a whole year to get back on my feet, but when I did I was able to get back were I left off and got my floors installed. The service of the installers were great and Kevin the sales person has a way of making you feel you are apart of his family. I told him what my price range was and he made sure to keep me at or below, all while receiving good quality materials that would last me years to come. This write up may sound a bit cheesy, but I am all about good customer service and when I get it, I want to praise it. Good Job Ray and Kevin !!! P.S. I just put in my order for my new floors for my downstairs, next the kitchen :) Wouldn't go anywhere else. more

This was my first time using Carpet & Floors Market for a carpet replacement, and I was very satisfied with their work. It took them two days. They were all very professional. Ray said to let him know if I had any issues. Everyone I know who has used their service is very happy, and I would recommend them to anyone. more

We've worked with Carpet & Floors Market several times. The first time I used them was for an insurance claim for my floors. We had decided to go above and beyond what insurance was willing to pay. Ray was really great with helping us out on that! Less than a year later, we had another insurance claim issue. We picked floors we liked more with Ray, and he was able to order and install them right away. We then used him again to replace some of our wood floors with carpet. It's been great each time! more

We've had Carpet and Floors Market do almost every room in our house. We've been a customer since 2003. Their prices are reasonable, their work people are reliable, and they give good service. They most recently put down laminate and carpeting. There was little bit of damage with the rug when they did the install, but that's being corrected. They'll treat you right and they stand by their work. more

The staff was very professional and courteous. They provided excellent service in a timely matter. And the quality of their products is outstanding. I will definitely be going back to Carpet and Floors Market for my next home improvement. more
