They were very friendly and helpful and patient with me while I was trying to decide which wood I wanted. Once I picked it out, they immediately ordered it and began installation once it arrived. They did a wonderful job installing the wood floor and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. To Whom It May Concern: My husband and I recently had new carpet installed in three rooms and the carpet removed and replaced with vinyl in the downstairs powder room. I have to extol the virtues of Cass Ridgway from your W. Coal Mine Avenue store. She has been a pleasure to work with during this process. Her friendliness and professionalism made this process a pleasure. Also, the installers used for both of these projects have been professional, friendly and very helpful. We first met Cass several years ago when our kitchen laminate floor had to be replaced due to an overflowing washing machine. Our insurance company, USAA, recommended Carpet Exchange at that time. Cass was able to replace the laminate with hardwood flooring in the kitchen for less than the cost of the laminate. During this process, the installer found mold under the laundry room floor and that was also changed. Now, Our home looks like it did when we bought it over 20 years ago.
