I always hated to walk on wet carpets for a day or two after they were cleaned. How fortunate I was to have found Carpet Dryclean in Raleigh, NC. The crew was very friendly and did half of the house plus 5 area rugs in less than 90 minutes. The work was just excellent - so bright and clean - and DRY! I purchased their special powder so I can keep up with spotting until it is time to do a major cleaning again. This is such a great service - I am giving flyers to all of the teachers at my middle school! I have only lived in Wake Forest for a year and am feeling so much more grounded now knowing that there are great cleaning and carpet services! more

Came promptly, expressed an interest in doing a good job. Later, when we opened the laundry area with a folding door , we discovered some powder beads had blown under the folding doors and accumulated there. Those with small children or pets might want to check for this after clearning. more

We have a granddaughter with severe asthma and even thought we had virtually new carpet, we discovered after an John Hopkins allergen test in 2005 that we had too much cat dander in the carpet for her allergies. (Even though we had not ever had a cat in our house!!!) This meant that she would be unable to visit - even at Christmas! In the fall of 2006 I found the Carpet Dry Clean ad in my phone book and read the included information. I then called and talked with Buddy - asked lots of questions which he answered fully for me. I was especially interested in the ""environmentally friendly"" and anti-bacterial part as well as the fact that the carpet would not remain wet which would cause it to harbor more unfriendly allergens. So decided to give dry cleaning a try. Last year in November Buddy came, cleaned, and we retested. We passed the John Hopkins allergen test and she was able to visit again for Christmas!! Happy Grandma, Happy Grandpa!! She had no problems with her asthma as a result of the visit, which had not been true on her last visit in 2004 prior to our carpet dry clean experience. I would highly recommend the process to anyone - especially if allergies are an issue! Pros: Courteous, Prompt, Friendly, Good Cleaning Job Cons: Having to move all that furniture!! Carpet Dryclean provided me with excellent customer service while cleaning the carpets in my home in late July 2007. They arrived promptly at 9AM ( their promised start time) and, after double checking with me on what needed to be done and which places needed extra care, they went right to work. I must say that the service at Carpet Dry Clean is exceptional. First I called on Thursday and they were able to come out to my house on a Saturday to have my carpets cleaned. Elmer the service employee showed up and provided a prompt and accurate quote then proceeded by completing the job. His work, cleanliness and professionalism was much appreciated. Needless to say, the carpets came out looking new and my house was cleaner when he was done than when he started. I would recommend them for the job. The carpet is dry when they leave, because it's never made wet. I agree with someone else who wrote about their carpet being wet for days with other cleaners. this is not the case here. good for people like myself with allergies and also for your pets. I have a little dog he was fine with it. Got out 99% of my stains. Pros: on time. professional Cons: none that I can think of more
