Best customer service, bar none 7/24/2018

I should have gone to Carpet Closeouts at the onset instead of wasting my time at big box stores and nearby outlet stores. The CC staff was knowledgeable, answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The prices are deeply discounted. I paid 50+% less than retail for SmartStrand, a great quality carpet. Their inventory is enormous, to meet any budget. The customer service I received from Mike (the Manager) is the best, bar none. I highly recommend Carpet Closeouts! And ask for Jose to install your carpet. more

Beyond Impressed! 1/2/2018

I have been working with Howard from Carpet Closeouts for a few months now - and I honestly can't say enough good about him! I've been searching the entire country to find carpet from a manufacturer who went out of business last summer. Our home flooded, and that manufacturer was the only hope I had to replace what was lost. Howard literally found a needle in a haystack for me. Not only did he exceed my expectations with my carpet, he spent hours making sure that it could be shipped several states away. He was patient, careful, intuitive and kind. I wish every sales interaction I had could be like this. I've worked with Mike and another individual there as well. Every person has been friendly and accommodating. Thank you Howard and team! You made what was nearly impossible a reality. So grateful!! more

Fabulous assortment and outstanding personal attention 6/30/2017

As an interior designer I have worked with many carpet companies, and have never referred one, BUT, Daniel and Howard at Carpet Closeouts are exceptional.. I trusted their advise, admired their honesty and their low key, 'come & browse, take your time' attitude. I personally purchased carpeting for my own home and plan to return often with future clients. Working with you is a pleasure. more

Horrible installation worker 7/20/2016

This is the 2nd time using this company. First time no problems at all. The second time using them the installer was very unprofessional. Showed up almost 2 hours after her called and said he was almost there. I had to call the office and they thought he was already at our house. He took 4 hours to install half a stair way. He spent more time going out to his truck than working. He left over 60 tacks on the carpet. I have health issues with my feet, pets and a small toddler. He didn't even sweep or vacuum the carpet. Called the office the next morning but Barry didn't seem to care. He said it takes a while to still stairs and he could have the same guy come out and vacuum. But no one ever came back out or called me. more

Carpet Closeout is amazing! 4/29/2016

My husband and I decided it was time for new carpet and started shopping around. It was hard to find a nice quality carpet that we liked in our price range. We went to carpet Closeout and after speaking with Barry knew that we would be getting carpet from them. They were knowledgeable but not pushy, they spent time trying to find us the perfect color and the cost was in our budget for a MUCH higher end carpet than we found any where else. From the warehouse staff, to the sales team, to the installers, it was a smooth process and I would recommend this company to anyone! more

Carpet Closeouts is 3 for 3 with us! 11/12/2015

When we bought our latest home in July - there was no doubt who we'd engage for carpet once the remodeling work was completed! GREAT to see the same showroom faces year after year and the install team was AWESOME. I'd be happy to answer any questions any potential buyer might have - as they have hit it out of the park for us 3 times in a row... - even better value than going through our DirectBuy membership! more

Carpet Closeouts is a fantastic place to purchase carpet! 9/11/2015

Howard and Barry were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for good quality carpet at a very large discounted price. I came in with a budget and they exceeded my expectations saving me over 50% on beautiful carpet. I've already gotten so many compliments on it:) The installers they sent out were on time and incredibly hard workers with decades of experience and it shows in their work. I'll be back for future projects! more

It really was that easy 7/30/2015

Mike and the team at carpet closeouts were amazing. So easy to work with and forth coming with information on all the questions I did not even know to ask. It was a no brainier to scrap the $35 dollar estimation fee from Lowes and save nearly $2000 and a higher quality carpet. Thanks. more

quality, knowledge and no bs! 5/21/2015

After hitting all the usual flooring places, my wife and I decided to give carpet closeouts a try. Originally we were after carpet. Barry gave us great guidance and we never felt like he was trying to upsell. In fact he showed us durable good looking product that would be perfect for us and it was cheaper than what we initially were looking at. Barry came right out measured it up and gave us an awesome quote. And even when we changed our mind and went with laminate he still showed the exact product at a great price. Best service I've received in years! 3/30/2015

We had originally tried to get carpet installed from a home improvement store, but after 3 weeks of missed promises and numerous conflicting explanations we called Mark at Carpet Closeouts. Our new carpet was installed in less than 23 hours from the time we picked it out. We actually got a better quality carpet for nearly the same price and couldn't be happier with the way it looks. Todd and Andrew were our installers, and they had 168sq Yards of carpet and pad installed in less than 7 hours. These guys really know what they are doing and they know how to treat a customer. I would never go anywhere else after using Carpet Closeouts. Thanks' for the great service! more

You saved us! 1/26/2015

I just want everyone to know what a great job Howard and all of his group at Carpet Closeouts did when helping our family prepare for a home inspection so that we could become adoptive parents. After trying to work with several other carpet dealers in the valley; Carpet Closeouts were the only group ready to complete our installation in a quick and timely fashion. We were able to meet the deadline for the inspection and now we can finish our goal of becoming adoptive parents. Thank you Howard, Mike, Todd and Andrew! You did a great job, saved us lots of money and most of all lived up to your commitments! more

Carpet Closeouts is the best. 1/19/2015

After comparison shopping many stores, Carpet Closeouts was by far the best. Great quality and selection of carpet. They did not try to up sell us on anything we did not need. The installer was equally as good. He worked all day and completely cleaned up after himself. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Love my new carpet! more

I was so discouraged about what I was going to do with my floors until I found Carpet Closeouts. I found exactly what I wanted there, within my budget, and they treated me like I was their only customer. My installation technician was so professional and did a stellar job on my floors. I am so happy. I wonder if the competition knows what they are up against.!! more

Fabulous experience. Installers were terrific as well. They were professional and worked very hard all day recarpeting by entire house. They even cleaned up the tile floor areas that had carpet remnants scattered all over from the cutting of the edges. more

Excellent Quality and service 11/12/2014

I chose Carpet Closeouts from the recommendation of a friend. The customer service at the showroom was very friendly and informative. The installers ( Lanny Wilson and Jose ) were fantastic. The floor plan of my house was very challenging, and required a lot of planning. Lanny and Jose did an excellent job! Thanks again, and keep up the good work! more

Exceptional Sales Support - Professional Installation 10/10/2014

We based our decision to replace our carpets on both in store evaluations and customer reviews -Carpet Closeouts was top of our list - we were delighted to meet Mark and to listen to his advice during the selection process. Mark came to the house and completed the measurements which were accurate as they were subsequently validated by the installation team. Our experience from meeting Mark to the installation was top notch - the price was very fair and the quality of both the materials and the workmanship was first class. I would make a special mention to the installation crew lead by Chris Murillo of Murillo Carpet Service - a family business - a superb team with great interpersonal skills and consideration for us a customers - totally professional - customer focused just a pleasure to work with. They could not be more considerate. A great experience - unreserved recommendation - a huge Bravo Zulu to Carpet Closeouts! more

Happy every time! 9/6/2014

I have replaced carpet in both our old and new house in the past few years. It was nice to be able to see the carpet in the full roll rather than just on a 4x4 square. Mark is very knowledgable and was incredibly helpful when I told him what I was looking for. In our recent remodel we had contractor after contractor working in our home, few of which reliable on timing or product delivered. Carpet Closeouts was flexible with our schedule yet prompt on their install. Our installer, Manny, was very professional and kind. He even returned to our home two times to correct issues that were caused by other contractors. Both times with a smile. I highly recommend Carpet Closeouts for carpet and bound rugs! more

EXCELLENT PRICING, SERVICE AND INSTALLATION 8/23/2014

We bought our carpet from them last Sunday and requested that it be installed yesterday. The price on the carpet was reasonable, the sales person was very knowledgeable and we were in and out of the showroom in about twenty minutes. The installation was done yesterday without a hitch. The carpet looks great and we will be back again next month for carpeting for our steps and upstairs rooms. more
