Fair warning...if they mess up, they won't fix it! Hire a designer if you need design help, then contract with an independent contractor. The staff does not communicate your needs with the craftsmen they hire and expect you to oversee them. When the job wasn't done to my specifications, the owner never returned my phone calls, only communicated with me through a sales person and when he finally met with me he accused my of lying and refused to do anything to remedy the problem. He also threatened to send my account to collections if I didn't pay the balance! My house looks rediculous...they installed hardwood that doesn't match what I already have...wrong color, wrong wood grade, not installed to line up with existing wood from ajoining room and wood size doesn't match my existing floor. I'm flabergasted by the way I was treated. Save yourself a lot of heartache.\r
