Our ladies' club did a pottery tour to several of the potters' showrooms and workshops in the Seagrove, NC area. We had a wonderful time. Our driver has done the tour before and actually has good rapport with two of the potters! We watched a DVD about the potters of Seagrove and the driver brought along some face jugs and other pieces to pass around the bus while we traveled there. Overall this was a very good experience- a long hot day was made much easier by a comfortable and cool bus. more

We used Carolina Livery for our wedding. Everything went superbly! The bus coordinator was skilled, friendly, and helpful in directing our guests at the end of the reception. We had three 33 passenger buses. The buses were new. The drivers were uniformed. It was such a relief ti know that we had safe transportation for our wedding guests. We reserved a bhp with another company to take us to to the Lady GaGa concert. They called us the day of to tell us they were overbooked! We called everyone and all of the companies were sold out! We reached Carolina Livery's owner and he was extremely understanding. He mentioned that two of the college interns at their office were going to the same show. Carolina Livery ended up taking our group to the show. They charged us less than all of the other quotes, and they were fantastic! We took one of their VIP minibuses. It felt like a limousine inside. They were strict, the owner explained they do not usually allow their corporate units to do concerts and proms, but we understood that up front and ultimately we had a fantastic experience! The bus had a fabulous BOSE sound system and a HUGE hi-def monitor that we watched videos on which en route to the show! This week we had a pre grand opening event for the North Carolina Museum of Art in Raleigh. It was attended by VIP press from around the world. Carlos, our driver and one of the managers at Carolina Livery was simply fabulous. He was polite, he knew where we were going, he handled delays and traffic calmly and knowledgeable and adapted to our groups' changing needs as the tour went along- allowing us to maximize the time of the visitors and to enhance their overall experience. As one person said after the visit was over- Carolina Livery and Carlos were the first and last impression these journalist had of our state, and it couldn't have been a finer example of southern hospitality. I liked not getting an answering service when I needed to fine tune the details as the visit got closer. John, Leila and Ariel were all great to work with. The bus was new, and had great amenities. I recommend this company with highest regard. From my initial visit to their office where I met the staff and drivers who showed us the various buses we could choose from, to the many changes I had to make, and to the final passenger stepping off of the bus- everything was great! So I'm guessing the guy below was fired and has never actually used this service. We used Carolina Livery for a college trip and they gave us great service and an excellent price. The driver was always on time and no one had any complaints. Pros: Good pricing. Good people Cons: Be sure to be clear in your instructions more

If you ar a service provider of any sorts, don't bother calling this organization. They appearantly don't need anyone's assistance with anything. They ask if you are a vendor, and then hang up on you. Cons: Rude to other service organizations more

THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY IS A LYING EGOTIST! He is a lying inbred douche. His lies are so easy to see through, but he will insult your intelligence by claiming they are the truth. Do business with this spoiled douche at your own peril. The owner has multiple businesses, pays little to immigrant workers; do you think he'll care about YOUR daughter's wedding? A great company with a very professional staff. They can accommodate large groups or smaller ones. What ever I asked they made sure it was done. Their rates are reasonable. more

I highly recommend Carolina Livery for your chartered transportation needs. For years they supplied the transportation for our after school program. The drivers were simply the best - courteous, professional, and skilled. They are dependable and have clean, well maintained vehicles. more
