Best in Winston-Salem Botox, Restylane, Laser Hair 4/8/2010

I found Dr. White's ad in the Winston-Salem Monthly this month for Botox, buy 20 units and get 10 for free, so I thought I'd give Botox a try. I went to see her last week and was very impressed. Her staff was welcoming and professional. The office is attractive and very clean. Dr. White is pleasant, soft-spoken, and did a great job with my Botox. My wrinkles are gone and I am a happy woman. high comfort level 7/23/2009

A friend recomended I see Dr Anne White in Winston Salem to discuss a few moles and not-so-nice skin spots. I delayed making an appointment, not caring to be "beautified," but when I finally stopped in for the consultation, I was impressed by the practice. Everybody I came in contact with was paying attention, seemed to care about putting me at ease, and were attractive walking endorsements of the pretty Doctor and her skills. She spent some time looking carefully at my problem spots and asking questions, assured me they were not-cancerous, and made me feel comfortable with what she could do for me. I am booked for treatment. I'll write more after the results are in. Follow-up: My brown spots are gone, and I have been throughly educated about skin care and sun protection. I am very pleased that I no longer have to spend hours looking in the mirror wishing my sunspots away. I definitely recoommend Dr Anne White in Winston Salem. Great place for Laser Tattoo Removal!! 6/17/2009

I am in the process of having my tattoo removed by Dr. White. I was initially very nervous about the procedure, but Dr. White and her staff were very kind and reassuring. They used numbing cream and also injectable numbing medication, which made the process almost painless. I purchased a package of 5 and it was explained that I would need at least 5 sessions and maybe more. My tattoo is almost gone after 6 sessions. Grest place to go for Botox, Botox Cosmetic, and Restylane 6/17/2009

I gave been a patient of Dr. Anne white in Winston-Salem for 12 years. She started doing Botox for patients after it was approved. I would not let anyone else do my Botox or Restylane procedures. Carolina Family Medicine and Dermatology is the best place in Winston-Salem, NC to go for laser procedures. The staff is friendly, inviting, and competent. Dr. White herself is a straight shooter. She lets you know what to expect from the beginning and her prices are fair. Her website www.CarolinaLaser is excellent and outlines what to expect in detail.This office has been performing Dermatology laser procedures longer than any other practice in Winston-Salem. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS PLACE RETHINK YOUR DECISION!! 6/16/2009

I am very disappointed in this office. I searched several places to get laser hair removal and a tattoo removed. I chose this office because they did both and thought I would be happy with the results after going in for my consultation. Little did I know I was in for a ride. I was first told that my laser hair removal would take about 10 sessions and my tattoo at least 5. I realize that they were not able to tell me the exact number it would take but now that I have spent A LOT of money I feel like they were just sucking me in little by little. I was told that after 5 treatments on my tattoo that I would be very satisfied. It is not even half way faded. When I ask Dr White if she would be satisfied with the results after 5 visits of the tattoo removal her answer to me was "oh, you wanted it completely removed." Well thats what I came for right TATTOO REMOVAL!! When I paid for my first package I was told that the laser hair removal would take 10 visits and the tattoo removal 5 visits. Thats all that was said. So when I paid I assumed I was paying for 10 sessions and 5 sessions. Well after my tattoo removal package ran out, I was told that I only paid for 5 visits for both. It was very very misleading. During each session I was asked how happy I was and all along I had said well for the tattoo, I am going to need to see a lot of change since I only have a few more sessions but as for the hair removal I have at least 5 or 6, 6 or 7 (what ever the case may have been) left. They never said anything about me only having 1 or 2 left. The whole thing was a BIG let down. Please, please reconsider if you are thinking about having anything done here. The office staff was nice but everytime I went I always had to wait forever and there was always some kind of problem going on!! Pros: The only reason they got one star is because I had to. No doubt hands down this is the place to go in Winston-Salem, really in North Carolina to go to get your tattoo removed. Dr. Anne White owns a top-notch laser center. Friendly staff, convenient location, highly qualified physician, and the best lasers. Your session includes topical and deeper numbing to make your session confortable, prescription creams to help your skin heal after, and prescription pain medicine to ease any pain you might have. Tattoo removal with Dr. White and her staff 6/16/2008

I wanted to post my story and let people know about Dr. White and her staff. After many searches on the internet, I came across this doctor and read some glowing reviews on her and her staff. After many days and nights of thinking and researching tattoo removal and what it involves, I decided that the least that I could do would be to call the office of Dr. Anne White and see what they tell me. I wanted my tattoo gone but was in no hurry!! After calling the office and speaking with Jennifer (I think that was her name) I WAS SOLD!!! She was so nice and helpful! I had a question about the procedure that she could not answer and she went and asked Dr. White while I held on the line! She really put me at ease and I decided right then that they were the tattoo removal people for me. I have never had a tattoo removed before and considering that I only have one, by no means do I know what I am doing but she gave me the info that I needed! I scheduled a consult and we talked prices and that was that! Well, after thinking a few days about how helpful and nice they were, I decided to call back and see if we could start the removal on the same day as the consult. Well, I got a different lady and she was just as helpful. She told me that they already blocked enough time to start my removal "just in case" I decided to go ahead with it that day! Good deal!! Well, I work in a doctors office and believe whole heartedly that the front desk staff says a lot about an office! They were AWESOME!!! Kathy, the nurse was the best!! She explained everything that she was doing and answered all of my questions!!! Dr White was also great!! She knew exactly what needed to be done and did not miss a beat!! She also explained everything to me and put me at much needed ease! They made me feel very comfortable with EVERYTHING!! I cannot say enough GREAT things about everyone in that office!! I hope my posting won't encourage TOO many people to see Dr. White because I'm afraid she will get to be too popular too fast. I have never posted a review like this before, but I like to give credit where credit is due. This office offers top-notch sevice at a fair price. Her staff is warm, welcoming and professional, and Dr. White, is something really special. It is obvious she really cares about her patients. I definitely recommend her. I saw Dr. White at her office Carolina Family Medicine and Dermatology yesterday. She has become an insider's secret in the Triad. Her office is small and unpretentious, attractive and comfortable. Her staff is knowledgable and welcoming. I was seen ontime, with no wait time. Dr White herself is attractive and obviously knows what she's doing. She listened very carefully to me when I told her what I wanted, and boy, did she deliver. My lips look fabulous, natural, well-defined. I am thrilled! I recommend. Insider's secret. Dr. Anne White is well-known as the go to expert in Cosmetic Surgery in the Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point area. Her office is in a convenient location behind Arigatos off of Stratford in Winston-Salem. Plenty of parking and excellent lighting. While the office itself is unpretentious (it is not a large space), it is tastefully decorated, comfortable and attractive. The office staff if friendly. welcoming and knowledgable Dr. White is kind, sincere, knowledgable, ethical and talented. I feel comfortable with Dr. Anne White and trust her. I have now for 15 years. simply stated hands-down the best 2/15/2008

I have been to several Plastic Surgeons in Winston-Salem, and they never fail to want to cut. I didn't want surgery. I just wanted to look better for my age, and still look like myself. Finally, a doctor who understands. Dr. Anne White knows outpatient non-surgical no downtime procedures, because she does the most of them in the Winston-Salem, High Point, Greensboro area. She's the package, smart, articulate, well-educated, and kind. She has a light-touch and is truly a master injector. She has been doing my Botox and Restylane since 2002 and I would recommend her without hesitation. I love you Dr. Anne White! Pros: Wonderful doctor. Unbelievable Experience 11/29/2007

After being encouraged by friends who have been to Dr White, I called for an appointment. I found her staff to be well informed and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment with Dr White on a Saturday! I was greeted in a professional manner by not only Dr White but also by her staff. Dr White answered all my questions relating to the procedures and their costs. I was ever able to have the procedure the same day as the consultation! I highly recommend Dr White to any one who wants a well trained physician and staff; and one who cares about me as a person. more

Highly professional Physician and Staff 11/29/2007

After hearing Dr. Anne L. White on Wsjs radiostation I called her office to make an appointment for a consultation. I must say the receptionist that took my call was extremely professional and was able to answer all my questions. I made an appointment. The staff at Carolina Family Medicine and Dermatology were very professional and welcoming. When I met Dr. White she was very interested in what I had to say. After I finished she then told me what her recommendations were to address my problem. Dr. White explained the procedure to me in detail. Her nursing staff was extremely professional in explaining and prepping me for the procedure. I felt very relaxed during the whole procedure. I was extremely impressed with Dr. White and her staff .
