Would not recommend. Carolina Landscapes did not honor an appointment I had with them. The owner, Woody Robinson, yelled at me on the phone when I called to see when they would be coming. Needless to say I have found a more professional and respectful lawn service company to deal with. more

We recently had Carolina Landscapes perform a sod job at our home. We also had some flower beds and trees installed. The owner Woody was on the job the ENTIRE time. Very polite, knowledgable and willing to answer any and all questions that we had throughout the whole process. It is rare that you get someone whose owner is actually on the job all of the time! The work was done in a timely manner. Beautiful results and my neighbors are so jealous of my gorgeous yard! I would recommend Carolina Landscapes 110%! Thank you. Pros: Extraodinary Work! more

Woody and Team did a tear out- rehab of our lot to update the plantings and trim out some of those that remained. Stackstone border along side the house, with new beds in front and back. Quote was complete, accurate, work done professionally (no left over mess), went beyond scope of work wo asking for more $. Neighbors have commented on the professional appearance of work. Was willing to work w our plans and combined with his thoughts. Pros: Reliable, Owner on Job, Quote complete Cons: Could have communicated more more

Just had Carolina Landscapes do 2 stackstone beds for me and they look great. I've already had several neighbors stop and remark how great it looks. The owner, Woody, was on the job at all times which gave me great peace of mind. more

I had Woody and Carolina Landscapes do a landscaping job in the late Spring of 2007 and I am still amazed at how creative and beautiful it is. I meant to write a review then because the job was performed very professionally at the time. But over time, the job they did only gets better. Time has proven that Woody knows what he is doing. The plants have matured beautifully and the landscape remains very low maintenence which is how I asked Woody to make it. Woody knows his plants and is very creative when you really dont know exactly what you want. He had lots of ideas, suggestions and recommendations and left it up to me in making the final call. He is not just someone who digs holes and plops plants in there; rather, he knew the plants and the characteristics of all the plants very well. A year and a half later, my landscape is thriving and is a testiment to his knowledge. Additionally the stone border and weed-control he included was great. Definitely, give Carolina Landscapes a chance to give you a proposal. more

Our yard was a disaster, erosion problems, no grass etc...Woody and his crew did a great job of adding topsoil, sod and cleaning out our wooded area. Its been a month and everything still looks great! Professional, on time and courteous. Would highly recomment Carolina Landscapes. more

I just got home from work and saw the finished product of the backyard project Woody and his team from Carolina Landscapes did for us. WOW, WOW, WOW! My wife and I can't stop looking at it. Woody transformed a barren, no-grass, embarrasing backyard into a showpiece that compliments our new deck and patio. It flows wonderfully and, did I mention, looks great! Woody brought in topsoil, sod, mulch, and a wonderful variety of plants for a very reasonable price. I told him a few weeks back that we were having a party this coming weekend and he scheduled and finished the job on time and at the price quoted. Called, was given a list of things to do (mark utility lines, mainly). After doing all this, I called this service back to schedule an appointment as requested. Appointment was scheduled but ""John"" never showed up and made no attempts to call or reschedule. Pros: ""John"" was nice. Cons: Unfortunately, nice doesn't get the job done. more

Decent price on mulch. Put down too thin though. Plants all died. I'm not sure about other services. Pros: on time Cons: plants died more

Woody at Carolina Landscapes did a tremendous job landscaping my property. His company was punctual, delivered exactly what was promised and then some, and made sure all that was left behind was beautiful landscaping. Woody was here all three days the job took place. He kept in constant communication during the estimate, scheduling, and work stage which was very re-assuring. I first found his company on craigslist and was concerned about giving a deposit to someone I had just met, but Woody is a stand up guy, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get their yards looking their best. more

I would normally not write about a company but we had a bad experience with Carolina Landscapes. I had a significant amount of work done and it took over several weeks to complete. Carolina Landscapes had labor issues and could not complete the job on time. Once the work was complete it was of poor quality and very messy. I am in the construction industry and would avoid this landscape company at all cost. Cons: Felt company only wanted $ and could care less about doing a good job more
