Sales is amazing, service is even better. The best feature of this dealership is Steve, Majer, and Joey. Part owner, Service Manager, Service writer, respectively. They make this dealership the best experience to have. They go out of their way to fix your issues and make sure you are satisfied. My car was broken into, I ordered a used door, the door came with a blown speaker, and they warrantied it, because they know how to treat customer's. Other dealers reel you in for the sale and then your nothing but a number. At Carolina you are family to them! more

Great experience with Carolina Hyundai/Kia. I have purchased 2 cars from them and would highly recommend them. They did not pressure me at all which made for a pleasure buying experience. I also attended the customer appreciation open house and had a dedicated personal to go over additional features on my car. more
